Chloe and I enjoyed a great stay with Cottage Farm Holidays. We had a wonderful, relaxing time celebrating our honeymoon in North Yorkshire. Would highly recommend the Irishman's cottage to anyone looking for a quiet few days away.

We loved our stay at Photographer's House! Ashley was quick to let us know we could get in early and was on hand if we needed anything! He even messaged to arrange postage of some earrings that we'd left (when they were found during the clean). The house was great as was the area. Lots of different options for trips out not too far away too. Kids and adults loved it and are keen to return! Thanks for everything! We also learnt a lot about dolphins via the Dilo stories!

We spent a lovely weekend at the cottage with our grandchildren. Very homely with everything we needed. Simon and Julie were very responsive on messages. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from Robin Hood's Bay.

A perfect spot for a family gathering ! Easy to find and just a short walk into the centre of town. We loved the space, immaculate well presented rooms, cosy warm around the Aga and comfortable shared spaces. Plenty of parking and great for our dog, and a communicative and helpful host. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—full of charm and character. It was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell the hosts really care about keeping it well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still felt peaceful and relaxing. We loved coming back here after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burnside Cottage. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and very homely. Appreciated the welcome basket including fresh milk, bread & biscuits. Cottage is ideally located for Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay, Goathland and many other places in the North York Moor area. Local shops, include a baker’s, butcher & Spar. Would certainly recommend Burnside Cottage.

Ruth was an amazing host! She even treated us to a bottle of bubbly as we stay as part of a 70th birthday celebration which was a lovely surprise. Property itself was beautiful. Exactly like the photos. Such a lovely property. Driveway was a definate plus considering parking in Whitby is such a nightmare! We will definately be back im sure. Thanks again!

We had the beer weekend at Charlotte Cottage with our cockapoo! So much space for him to run around. Close enough to Malton we could go for dinner and everywhere is dog friendly! You could have easily stayed in, ordered in or made food and used the numerous facilities at Langton hall. We will be back!

Ivy cottage was the perfect place to stay for our trip to filey. It felt so homely from the second we arrived and communication with Andree was great making it even easier to feel right at home. She instantly help with any issues we had and was incredibly approachable. A lovely host and a lovely cottage - we would love to stay again!

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

A super cute and cosy pod on a beautiful peaceful site, that was immaculately kept! The hot tub was amazing and the pod was equipped with everything you needed! We are looking to return over the summer with family and friends. Thank you!

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Stayed as a family of 4. Absolutely loved the place. The caravan had such a homey feel it had loads of character. Loads of nice little touches like salt n pepper and sauces, tea sugar, good drinks glasses, smart tv with wifi, good cleaning stuff to use like washing up powder sprays etc.. Sometimes when you stay in a caravan you literally have nothing that wasn’t the case here the little things makes a difference. Beds were comfy it was just a really nice little cosy place. Location on the site literally couldn’t be any better was absolutely perfect 2 mins from the main hub it was ideal with two young kids not having to walk far. Host was really friendly and responsive throughout the stay and before the stay also when I asked any questions. Caravan site itself was well kept and clean with really good facilities and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again thank you

Lovely little place. Cute and cozy. It's nicely decorated. The host left us a welcome basket which was lovely, and even left our dogs some bits. Everything you need is close like shops, cafes, pubs, takeaways. The location was fab for us. We went to Whitby first and travelled to Middlesbrough & Saltburn on sea over the weekend. All 30 minutes or less away. Thank you. We had a lovely stay.

What a perfect place to stay. The cottage is cute and cosy and has everything you need. Every convenience has been thought of. Everything is of high quality. Bed was super comfy, really nice quality bedding and the shower was amazing. The village is gorgeous and food at The Eskdale and the Downe Arms was superb. There are so many great walks in the area, even from the front door which was fab. Co-op was really handy for last minute items too. Annette was a great host. Very welcoming and friendly. She gave great recommendations for places to visit and things to see. We had really clear instructions for getting into the cottage on arrival. Annette always answered any queries quickly. A really lovely place to stay. We will be back. Thank you Annette.

Helens place was fantastic thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Food at the Cob and Lobster was great.

We had a gorgeous couple of nights in this beautiful cottage by the sea. The living areas were bright and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and the garden was perfect. The cottage is located a stones throw from a wonderful sandy beach and within a 5 minute stroll from the pub, a lovely restaurant and even closer to Mary’s Sandwich shop. We parked in the car park which is also very close. There isn’t a shop within walking (or at least not one we found), so you need to make sure you have essential supplies but other than that, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fab stay at sinnington! Great location. The cottage lovely and quaint and had a comfy bed, what more could you ask for. Also found Sara’s guide helpful as we visited Helmsley gardens and a few other places which was lovely. Would recommend! Didn’t get chance to try out the local pub but we did venture to the blacksmith arms in Lastingham which was 10/10 on all accounts. Thanks for having us!

Thank you for such a beautiful house to stay in, it was the perfect spot for ourselves and our 2 girls (3&6) to explore. We loved the takeaway from Fish Cottage, coffee at Tides and exploring Sandsend / Runswick / robin hoods bay. Staithes also worth a visit (went twice!) the accommodation is better than the pictures, very impressed. Recommend highly.

A beautiful, cosy retreat in the heart of the village. It had everything you need for a short get away. The decor was lovely and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Will be booking again in the future.

A pleasant cottage down a country track. You will need transport to get there, then out and about, but the location is very quiet, surrounded by farmland. Not a huge property, but plenty big enough for 2 adults and our small dog. All the usual facilities were included and there was somewhere to park. The property was clean and well maintained. Nick was on hand and made local suggestions.
