Holiday rentals with lake access in Sandpoint

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

We loved our stay in Dover! The cottage was perfectly situated. It had everything we needed for a great weekend. We ate at the restaurant next door, and it was delicious. We also grilled on Abby’s barbecue, which worked awesomely. We ended up renting a boat at the marina next door, which was super convenient. My boys would have loved better fishing options from the shore/dock (you are not allowed to fish off the dock), and access to the pool. Other than that, it was a perfect stay in Dover.

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the house was beautiful and so was the scenery. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and also at the house! Ann was an amazing host who was very easy to contact if we needed anything. If we’re ever in the area we’ll be staying here again no doubt about it!

We loved our stay here at Allison’s home. This was more like a B&B experience and Alli is an amazing host that goes out of her way to help you feel at home, relaxed and comfortable while still giving you total privacy. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Great water pressure, lovely den and kitchen area, fast internet and great TV options. We loved the hot tub and sauna. A must if you visit- indulge! Honestly, we wished we had booked more time here as it was the most relaxed we had been our entire trip. We will plan to come back when we visit Idaho again in a few months without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to book your time here. You will be glad you did!!

Ron’s place was the perfect setting for a memorable family birthday. We loved the hot tub, fire pit (great for s’mores), BBQ, and the spacious fenced backyard. Ron truly thought of everything: •Kitchen: Fully stocked with utensils and pans. •Bedroom: Charming setup, super comfy mattress, touch lamps with charging stations, and a full-length mirror. •Bathroom/Laundry: En-suite feel with provided detergent, mounted body wash/shampoo/conditioner, Calvin Klein robes, and cozy slippers. •Living Room: Comfortable pull-out couch, easy-to-use remotes with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+, plus efficient heating in all rooms. •Backyard: Adirondack chairs with cushions, clean fire pit, and a well-maintained space.  Not to mention beach chairs available for backyard tanning or a beach day, right down the road. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for a cozy and well-equipped stay. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

Wonderful, cozy home. Perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out in, and great spaces for being together. Well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was readily accessible and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Jonathan and Jeannette’s condo in Sandpoint. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful and only 25 minutes door to door to Schweitzer ski resort which is a great skiing mountain. The town of Sandpoint was very close (only a few minutes’ drive), and we enjoyed going there to eat and exploring the town. The condo had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The living room was cozy with the gas fireplace and all the beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean, clear of clutter and nicely furnished. Jonathan and Jeannette were great hosts and very responsive. I highly recommend this place.

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

Roberta is definitely the sweetest and most accommodating host I’ve ever had!!! She was a joy to communicate with and went the extra mile to help make our wedding weekend the best it could be❤️ Twin Lakes Village is a super cool place to explore and golf. We highly recommend booking a stay here.

This was a last minute spontaneous booking that will now be a tradition! Matt was a lovely host! The place was very comfy. We walked in with snacks and all the goodies needed for s’mores!! My boyfriend loved the fire pit in the back. We will recommend this place to friends/family!!

Absolutely beautiful house! We landed super late and had to check in super late and they were so understanding. Our boys loved the house and all the lake toys even in the 60° weather. Shelley was so sweet and made checking in and everything so easy for us! :)

The host was very responsive. They were proactive and prided a white noise machine to help with road noise- completely unnecessary, it was quiet and comfortable. It is great for a short stay and I would recommend.

Had a perfectly peaceful weekend with my pups and a great book on the lake. Thank you Jack for a peaceful and easy stay.

This place was absolutely great. The host is friendly and also it's a really good deal. The only downside was when you fill the inside garbage can you are requested to leave the bag inside the house until your stay is over. I understand that it is to stop animals from getting to it but if there was an outside trash reciprocal this place would be perfect.

We had a wonderful time. This is our second stay at this Airbnb and it does not disappoint, quiet location, close to hiking Tubbs hill , easy walk to town and the beach. This Airbnb has everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay in Coeur d Alene.

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

You and your family will love this home! It is quirky and fun but so comfortable! There are two paddle boats for your use, floaties, squirt guns, etc. We were a 3 generational party of 10 and it worked well. The outside bathroom is so convenient with the shower. We put all our extra drinks out there to refill the coolers in the shed area attached to the bathroom. If you have a boat, we recommend you using it to bring all your stuff into the home. Our host was very clear that our 70 and 80 year old parents would not do well traversing the 136 stairs down to the home so we boated them in. Lots of sheets and blankets and everything you need to cook and relax! The stove is very old so we used the BBQ and did all our cooking outside (which was lovely, actually). Don't be concerned about the water. Anna is a SPECTACULAR host!!! Cell and internet service was no problem. Don't hesitate to book this amazing vacation spot. And you can boat to restaurants and golf. Everyone had a great time!

My mom and I celebrated our birthday weekend with our family and had the most wonderful time at the cabin. Lindsey's cabin was the perfect place to reflect and soak in the beautiful view of the mountains and lake. We spent hours just sitting on the couch looking through the the windows at the gorgeous view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals for our long weekend. We drove to Safeway one afternoon for anything else we wanted and it was a short drive. I'm so glad for the clear directions about getting into the driveway and all the other household details written on the fridge. I didn't need to reach out for anything. Towels and toiletries were provided and we enjoyed the hot tub while looking at the lake one afternoon. There were dog hairs on the sofa and throws. It wasn't a big deal and understandably could be from pets of other guests. I do wish this wasn't the case and this would be the only thing that could be improved.

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

Beautiful location and the views of the lake are amazing! The house is very well stocked, has everything you need for a great getaway. And there are definitely eagles in the area, saw them on a daily basis. Just know, there is noise from the freeway across the lake that is always present and be careful on the path and stairs down to the lake, it’s no joke.
