Beach apartment holiday rentals in Sand Key

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

An absolute gorgeous place to stay! We loved the access to the beach and the sunsets from the balcony every night! Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and for the beach! Will definitely stay again!

Great location and everything we wanted from our vacay.

I escaped MN to find this hidden gem! It was everything I could have asked for and more! I enjoyed the pool throughout my stay and catched a glimpse of a few dolphins. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was quiet. There was SPF and aloe in the bathroom cabinet which was perfect because I needed both! Walmart is a short uber away for all of your grocery needs. Doc’s next door was great to walk to for a quick dinner and drinks. The only hiccup I experienced was that pest control needed to enter the unit to spray and didn’t give Alison much notice so she could ensure I was out of the unit. I can’t wait to come back to this gem next year!

This location was perfect for a relaxing week! Being just steps from the beach was wonderful and the pool was a happy addition. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from the deck and living room. We hope to return for another visit!

Perfect size for two couples, actually larger than expected. Great location, felt as if it was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Nicest Airbnb we stayed in around there.

We have stayed at Sarah’s place several years in a row and it is our favorite spot! She did a great job with the updates and everything is so clean and beautiful. Steps from the beach and everything you need to feel right at home. Already counting down the days to next year!

We had a great time! It was an easy and quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed having a coffee and watching the dolphins swim by each day!

Sandra's place was just as described and we would stay here again.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We found a lovely quiet spot at the beach and it was magical. My 3 year old loved being steps away from the water. Joanna’s place was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We brought a roll out mattress and kept our son in the bedroom with us, which had plenty of space. The king bed was comfortable, sheets and blankets were clean. The whole place was very clean and inviting. There were plenty of towels for all. We also brought our small dog, which we are so grateful for. Belleair beach is not a very dog friendly place- not many walkable places other than the main road with heavily sprayed grass outside of all the condos, but we were so happy to have her with us nonetheless. The kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, and glass Tupperware for leftovers. The prep space was small, but perfect for us to prepare simple meals. We truly had everything we needed and we are so thankful to have been able to make beautiful memories with our son.

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

This place was wonderful for our family. Since we flew down we were nervous we would not have all the things we usually take to the beach. We were shock at how well the beach supplies were stocked. This might seem trivial to some but I even appreciated the extra mile on toilet paper! Plenty for the week and not one ply! The access to the beach is amazing with a very short two minute walk. The place was very clean. Refrigerator had condiments. So many little added touches. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this host/hostess!

Great location with easy access to beach and short walk to restaurants at boardwalk. About 30 minutes to a rays game or Airport (Pie).

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

The pictures are amazing, but still don’t do the condo justice. The views are amazing from the balcony, and the interior is so clean and well kept. Also, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. Matt, the host, is very accommodating and responsive. He checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was great. His instructions for check in and check out were very clear and easy to understand. He even provided recommendations for local food, the best grocery stores, etc. The beach was never overly busy even on the weekend and there are so many things to do close by. Any time my family and I travel back to the clearwater area we’ll be booking with Matt for sure.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach, amazing view and well kept up. Alex reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going well. An added bonus was there is a trolly stop right at the door of the property. Trolly runs from Clearwater to St. Pete regularly. We parked the car and used the trolly to go to restaurants etc. avoiding parking hassles. We would stay again.

We had the best beach vacation at Karina's place. The place provides direct access to the beach just steps away. We liked being a little away from the busier sections of Clearwater and loved being able to walk to the Pickleball courts too. The place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The provided beach chairs, shade, and toys were much appreciated too. Will definitely stay here again for future trips.

We adored this place! We have been coming to IRB for several years, and this is the best location on the beach in my opinion. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, our favorite ice cream shop, etc. The unit was fully stocked with several pantry staples, condiments, etc. which also saved us from purchasing and throwing away after a week. The other 3 families in the building were kind and friendly. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at Sean’s place. Great location and the beach was perfect!

This is a beautiful place. The view is magnificent and sunsets are spectacular. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is a quiet place which is much appreciated. No loud parties or wild behavior. Residents are friendly and keep an eye on things. The unit itself is amazing. Lots of lovely touches. Plenty of beach towels and beach/pool toys. Many extras not found elsewhere. Body lotion, extra shampoo, loads of bath towels, well stocked bath and kitchen. Cold drinks in refrigerator. Couldn't find anything to be negative about. Highly recommend although I would prefer to keep this gem to myself.

Kristen was an outstanding host, and the property exceeded our expectations. Nestled right on the beach, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, just minutes from fantastic restaurants and lively beaches. The views from the master bedroom were breathtaking, and the soothing sounds of the waves made for a truly relaxing stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious, very clean and everything you need supplied for a carefree stay. This was the most beautiful condo perfect oceanfront views felt like you were sitting in the gorgeous ocean and perfect set up for our group to spread out. The set up of large, open living room/dining/kitchen area was the best! Patio was very large with great chairs and dining table. Incredible sunsets and sunrises ! Very nice bedrooms comfortable beds and nice bed and bath linens. Loved having full size washer/ dryer in unit. So wonderful 5 of us flew from PA and all beach supplies provided. Perfect location easy drive from airport. Grocery store and CVS near by. Awesome restaurants, Seabird Sanctuary and John’s Pass all within a few minutes walk and easy drive. Beautiful oceanfront pool the on-site property managers were so nice and welcoming. The complex very well kept! We had such an amazing time can’t wait to come back! Perry great to deal with. Can’t say thank you enough!!
