I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

La Petite Vigne

A little gem set in a peaceful yet central part of Sancerre. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area and its famous wines, studying at the local language school, or the Loire in general. The historic town with its fine architecture, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Recently renovated old house and furnished to offer comfortable, well equipped accommodation. La Petite Vigne is tucked away in a quiet residential quarter with some lovely views of the vineyards.

Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Située au centre du village historique de Ménétréol-sous-Sancerre dans une rue calme avec stationnements gratuits, à 50 mètres des commerces (restaurant, bar, boulangerie). La maison se compose d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine, salon, coin repas, et d'un étage avec WC séparé, salle de douche et chambre spacieuse.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Very beautiful region less than 2 hours from Paris.

We came back to Aude’s place for a second stay and I can confirm it was just as good as the first. A wonderful townhouse with a great garden but the real gem is the stunning view from the top bedroom balcony - beautiful and such a special place.

Thanks Patricia for a fabulous stay. The house is lovely - so pretty and has everything we needed. Thank you also for being so responsive about the shower enclosure door and for sending the plumber to fix it so quickly - we really appreciated it. We would definitely recommend. It's in easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops and wine tasting places - totally heavenly!

Our stay at Charlotte's was extremely enjoyable. The house is tastefully renovated, and offers all the comforts you need (kitchen essentials, in the bathroom, etc.). You feel at home there. We really appreciated the calm of its location while being in the heart of Sancerre and its shops, and a few minutes from the departure of beautiful walks in the vineyards. Charlotte was a perfect host, very responsive and extremely flexible. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend to our loved ones to stay there.
