Apartment holiday rentals in San Zeno, Verona

We have enjoyed our stay. The place is small but cozy. It was super clean and everything seemed new. The patio is cute as well and nice to grab a coffee outside. The location is good there is like 20 minutes walk to the center wich we and our dog enjoyed. Also we got some recommendations for great restaurants with amazing italian food. Overall we had a great time and we are looking forward to returning.

Easy to access accommodation with very clear instructions! We had a great time in this apartment! It is bright, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood! We have a baby and she provided us with the child seat as well as the bed! Great! Air conditioning available but we did not use it because we left the windows open without the noise bothering us! Great well-equipped kitchen! We enjoyed walking to the center but it actually takes 25 minutes but very accessible with a stroller! In any case, Sylvia was always available to answer questions! A great stay in this beautiful city and an apartment suitable for a small child!! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Verona! The apartment was large but cozy, including 2 airconditionings. We were also happy to have 2 private balconies. It was easy to use the parking spot next to the building and it was only a short walk to the city centre. The road next to the building was a bit noisy, but we would definitely recommend staying with Ariana!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the very beginning, communication with the hosts was seamless—they responded quickly, clearly, and with such warmth. The contactless check-in and check-out made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is charming, beautifully set up, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The air conditioning was a welcome luxury during the warm summer days—it kept us cool and made our stay truly delightful. The location is unbeatable—just a 7-minute walk to the Arena, and close to everything: shopping, restaurants, gelato spots, and all the beautiful sights Verona has to offer. We loved being in the heart of the city while still having a peaceful, cozy retreat to return to. Highly recommend this gem of a stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The house is really well located within walking distance of the main touristic attractions in Verona in a quiet area. The host was always very responsive and helpful and gave us loads of nice tips. The space is wonderfully decorated and feels very cozy. Unfortunately, due to some sort of error the cleaning ladies hadn’t realised they had a check out that day and the house hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. Nevertheless, the host immediately sorted the problem and the cleaning ladies arrived at the apartment in 30 minutes despite the fact that it was the 1st of January. On the whole we truly recommend this space.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, very clean and spacious. Friendly, courteous and very attentive hosts who respond immediately. Excellent location, personally I think San Zeno is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Verona. There are many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. There is also a supermarket behind the apartment. We had a great time, I recommend it! 🥰

The accommodation has a great location, you can easily walk to the old town. The room was always quiet, although the house was right on the street. The communication was really great, Giuanluca and Isabella respond immediately if you had a concern. Very clear recommendation :)

Laura‘s place is very clean-immaculate, with a rather unique layout with plenty of ramble room, and with all the amenities are as stated. She’s has spent a huge amount of time making her guests feel at home. The neighborhood is principally residential so it’s quiet; the action is downtown. A bus stop to take you downtown is literally steps away and the apartment is only 1.1 miles from downtown and very walkable. There are two grocery stores within a few blocks ; recommend Migross. Laura was very responsive when we had an insignificant problem. She’s an excellent host. We would absolutely stay here again.

This flat is in a great location, 5 or so minutes from the station, 15 minutes from the old town. Very clean, & lovely to have the little balcony to sit out on in the mornings and evening. Fabrizio wa super responsive and proactive with any questions we had, would recommend to others!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Gianmarco was communicative, provided local recommendations, and gave us the number for a taxi. Gianmarco’s place was very spacious and had great amenities. We are a family of 4 and the sofa bed was made upon arrival. There were water bottles in the fridge and plenty of soap and shampoos provided. He also let us check in early and the Airbnb was spotless. The Old Castle is less than a 10 min walk away. I definitely suggest you stay here!

The place is freshly renovated, clean and as advertised. The location is great - in between the the old city center and the railway/bus station, with short walking distance to both. The hosts are friendly, responsive and flexible. A warm recommendation for this apartment!

Everything was impeccable! The place Leonardo offers is beautiful, spacious, modern, and comfortable. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Verona. Leonardo responded quickly to any questions we had, and it was easy to find the apartment and check in

We were very warmly welcomed by Chiara and Claudio. Communication went smoothly. The apartment looked like the pictures. The equipment is exactly very good. We particularly appreciated the quiet location, where we could reach almost everything by car and felt very safe. The whirlpool is very well maintained. We definitely recommend the place. If we go back to Lake Garda, we will book this again. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.

Angela's place was perfect for a family stay. We had our family of four with two small kids - a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. We greatly appreciated the kid's dinnerware, highchair, crib and toys! We stayed in June, so the air conditioning was necessary and we were grateful for it after hot ventures out. The pizza place downstairs is amazing and it was nice having a grocery store nearby. We ate several dinners on the balcony, which was lovely. Angela was very attentive and helpful during our trip. Would stay here again!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

This property is ideal for walking into Verona historic area. We stayed only 2 nights, but I wish we could have stayed longer because the property is well suited for longer stays. We had a car and booked this because it offered parking, but unfortunately the garage was too small for our compact SUV. The driveway has a super tight turn that would be difficult even for a small car, you must be experienced in backing up in small spaces. But the street parking is only 1 EUR/hour, from 8am to 8pm. So it worked out okay. Marco is a responsive host and was helpful.

Amazing doesn’t come close to describing this place, it’s like your home away from home, except waaaaaay nicer! Would love to rent this place next time I’m in Italy!
