Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Vito dei Normanni

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

wonderful pool, excellent for swimming & relaxing, calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful houses and absolutely lovely family that runs the b&b. we would definitely come back!

We had an extraordinary experience at Iacopo's house, who was very kind and personally welcomed us to his house. Iacopo always answered our messages and advised us in the best way to make our stay ideal. As for the apartment, it has an excellent location, it is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need to have an excellent stay in Lecce, staying here everything is close! I highly recommend it!

We loved staying at Mimma’s home. She was a brilliant host who had thought of everything. The house is ideally located for seeing lots of the beautiful towns and beaches of Puglia.

I felt the thoughtful touch and sensibility of Maria and her husband all over the house. Maria lived right next door and helped me with whatever I needed or was curious about. Three days in Trulli, where the house and yard were really beautifully maintained, passed quickly. The morning in the pretty front yard was fantastic. I think the time spent here will be remembered as a good memory for a long time. If I had carefully followed Maria's guidance when I first went there, I wouldn't have had a hard time driving on the narrow road.

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful setting with beautiful beaches and an old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and hospitable.

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have left us wanting to know them more, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very kind and gentle, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. A fabulous apartment. The roof terrace e was huge, nestled in the rooftops with views of the sea. We could have spent our entire trip there. There was an additional terrace so plenty of space. Marco went out of his way to offer advice, book a restaurant for our first night and offer sunbeds at a local Lido (GBeach). I could not recommend more highly. Hope to return in the future 😊👍

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

I had a very pleasant stay in Carmelo's apartment. It is clean and very well located. Carmelo is a host who was responsive and wrote to me to find out if everything was going well and if I needed anything. I really recommend. I will come back without hesitation.

This apartment consists of a room with a bed and a small kitchen and adjoining bathroom. A staircase takes you up to a small private terrace, with a hammock, table, deck chairs and lots of plants. The apartment remains relatively cool in the heat due to the stone walls (there is also is air conditioning). The check-in was very flexible and totally friendly! :) Everything is within walking distance. Our highlight was the furnishing of the apartment: there are small works of art everywhere, paintings on the walls or small statues in the walls. We felt right at home. The bed was really very, very comfortable! We would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you very much.

The place we stayed was very nice and clean. The interior was very well decorated. You can walk everywhere. But more importantly, Davide was a very good host.

This is an extremely beautiful house in a perfect environment. It is very well furnished, sparkling clean and invites you to linger. We enjoyed the stay with the very nice pool and had been received very friendly and attentive beforehand. All in all highly recommended!

Mirko and Sharon are extremely warm people and hosts. You can feel how much love the house and the property were designed with. The living/dining area is a great place to relax with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. There are many sitting and lying corners on the property; everyone will find the right place for themselves. The kitchen is excellently equipped. Mirko and Sharon have given us a lot of and valuable tips for exploring the area as well as restaurants that we would also recommend without hesitation. As a starting point for diverse places in Puglia, Urmo is perfect; a historic place nearby is better than the next one. We will be back.

Words aren’t adequate to describe this magnificent villa set in groves of oranges and olives. It is so peaceful with plenty of outside decks and spaces. The host has thought of so many ways to ensure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. His information about restaurants, things to do, and places to see was so helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to roads that take you to nearby sights and villages. We are adventurers and he was able to provide us with much useful advice and direction. We loved this place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sara's beautiful Villa. It was perfect for our family and was exactly as shown in the photographs and in the description. The grandkids particularly enjoyed the pool which we had heated for the week. Facilities in the house were great. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were very useful and enjoyable. Easy access to Ostuni with its many restaurants. The location allowed easy access to all the main routes around Ostuni to enable us to readily explore towns and beaches in Puglia. We would happily go back again in the future.

We had a lovely time at Valentina’s beautiful home. Valentina was extremely responsive helping us with restaurant recommendations, activities and any general questions we had. The house is beautiful, especially the outside area which is very spacious and calming. Thank you for hosting us.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and Anna was a wonderful host to us. Anna met us on arrival (even though we arrived a little later than expected) and arranged both a welcome basket and locally made croissants for our first morning (delicious!). The villa itself is beautiful with amazing facilities, we wished we could have stayed longer and hope we can visit again another time. Thank you!
