Everything was perfect, Yolanda was very nice, she made it easy for us to leave, and it's a good distance from places with a lot of charm. The apartment was great, I definitely recommend it

Mer's accommodation is inconspicuous at first glance from the outside, but it amazes and convinces you very quickly once you are inside: a super loving, modern, thoughtful and detailed decor. Every corner was perfectly used, without being overcrowded. Amenities are just as described. You have everything you need. There is even a self-made guide with activities and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everything was super clean. The beach is just around the corner and in the accommodation there are beach towels and an extra beach bag and parasol...I say, everything has been thought of. We had a very nice time and can only recommend it. 🙂

we loved the apartment. it's beautiful, just as seen in the photos. Very clean and with a lot of detail. Rocío left us things ready for breakfast, coffees, infusions, nesquik capsules, cao cola, sobaos ..and I leave two cones of chuches for the kids!!!. We're sure to repeat!!

Nice accommodation and ideal as a starting point to get to know the municipality of Llanes. Beaches less than 5 minutes away by car. A very quiet and relaxing area. The accommodation has all the necessary accessories and we didn't miss anything. We will be back!!

If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

Our stay in Comillas was simply perfect, and much of it is due to Rikke. From the first moment, she was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. She greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at home from the very first minute. The place exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that Rikke takes care of every detail with care. In addition, the location is unbeatable to explore Comillas and enjoy its coastal charm, unique architecture and delicious gastronomy. Manuel and María were super nice guests, attentive at all times. The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and all top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very kind and attentive and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

We are three adults with a dog. Enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, additionally breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I have had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much, but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water The beach is within walking distance, about 15 minutes, and can be reached via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

The communication was very easy and fluid, Isabel was very kind and flexible with the arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and is certainly a quiet place to rest. It is perfectly parked in the area and has plenty of services nearby, I would definitely repeat.

Our stay at Maria Dolores' went very well: the accommodation is extremely clean and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very nice with 2 small children. The big advantage: Maria Dolores is extremely kind and welcoming. Very proactive, and at the same time respectful of our privacy (because she lives in the apartment above). Communication ++, I recommend it! Once again, thank you for everything.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
