سكنت في هذا البيت وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة! المكان جداً ممتاز ومريح، والمكيفات تعمل بشكل ممتاز وتوفر جو لطيف حتى في الأجواء الحارة. المضيفة كانت متعاونة جداً وودودة لأبعد حد، تجاوبها سريع وتعاملها راقٍ ومهني. أيضاً الموقع واضح وسهل الوصول إليه، ما واجهت أي صعوبة في الوصول للمكان. أنصح به بشدة، وأكيد راح أكرر التجربة مستقبلاً بإذن الله! I had a truly great experience staying at this place! The house is very comfortable and excellent overall, with AC units that work perfectly, keeping the temperature pleasant even in hot weather. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which made the stay even better. The location is clear and easy to find, with no issues getting there. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Casa molto accogliente, comodissima per gruppi grandi visto il numero di posti letto. La descrizione dell'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente a com'è realmente. L'host ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per il check-in in modo chiaro e completo. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

今回は出張利用で3人で滞在しました。 基本的に必要な設備が揃っており、かつ、十分な広さと整頓された室内でとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 市内が大変混雑している時期であったため、チェックイン時に遅刻してしまいましたが、柔軟に対応して頂きました。その際の連絡もスムーズでストレスはありませんでした。 駅へのアクセスも良く、近所にスーパーマーケットもあったため困ることはありませんでした。 他のレビューに書かれている通り、日中と夜、比較的車が多く走る道路に面しているため音が心配でしたが、今回滞在したメンバーはさほど気になりませんでした。 チェックアウトは朝早い時間でしたが、相談に乗って頂きスムーズにチェックアウトできるようアレンジしてくださいました。 またミラノに来るときは滞在先の候補として挙げたいと思います。

wir waren wegen der möbelmesse in milano zu fünft unterwegs... zur messe rho hatten wir nur 20 min. !! es hatte genügend platz für unsere 2 autos... die in einem geschützten bereich parkiert waren . das haus selber ist ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber in einem sehr guten zustand und gut eingerichtet . ( schöner und grosser garten / alles geschützt mit einem zaun ) im haus selber hat es 3 grosse schlafzimmer und 2 bäder... im unteren stock hat es sogar ein drittes bad . wohnzimmer und küche.. gross ! uns hat der aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und danken alberto für seine unkomplizierte und zuverlässige art . wir kommen wieder... :-)

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa am Comer See! Die Lage direkt am See ist einfach unschlagbar – der private Seezugang war ein echtes Highlight und perfekt für entspannte Stunden am Wasser. Die Villa war nicht nur stilvoll und sehr sauber, sondern auch leicht zu erreichen, was die Anreise angenehm unkompliziert machte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell in der Kommunikation.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Sonia e Simone sono stati gentilissimi. Hanno preparato la colazione per noi 8 ragazzi entrambe le mattine e ci hanno dato svariati consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare. Consiglio la loro casa come alloggio per grandi gruppi di persone.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette maison, qui offre une vue tout simplement extraordinaire. Le cadre est paisible et idéal pour se détendre. Merci pour l’accueil !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in & Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

We had a lovely long weekend in the villa. Cristina met us and showed us around, pointing out the pictures on the walls of her ancestors. The place is enormous, with huge ceilings. The furniture is beautiful, with inlaid wood and delicate ornamentation. Most of the 20th century things are in the kitchen. It was like living in the 18th century. Best of all was the porch – a huge south-facing space, open to the elements, with curtains that could be closed if it rained or if the sun was too hot. We spend most of our time there, just relaxing in the bamboo chairs. The gardens were lush, with a special pathway down to a (locked) gate to the church. One evening we had a local trattoria bring us some local wine and food (as Cristina had recommended). That meal, like the rest of our stay there, was an unforgettable experience.

The villa was stunning!!! Having the view and the pool was wonderful! It was relaxing and surprisingly cool at night even with the July heat. There are a LOT of stairs if you plan on going back and forth from the center village. It was doable but just be aware if you aren’t bringing a car, it may be limiting for you!!! A lovely place, just be prepared!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.
