If there were a higher rating, they would deserve it. The service of the owner Carlos and his workers is excellent and totally attentive. At all times they were ready to help and provide us with excellent service. they feature their own cafe restaurant, and each room features air conditioners. I am grateful for everyone's outstanding attention.

I had an awesome time in El Coca and Hotel Rio Napo was a major part of that. Carlos and his wife were very helpful and hospitable. The hotel itself is amazing located to maneuver the city. Will be back!

I highly recommend staying with Ronald and his family. It was a beautiful getaway in the Ecuadorian Amazon right on the Colombian border- you can see the mountains. You have free roam to explore the jungle, river, and lagoon. Julio offers you food and I recommend trying because they are delicious typical dishes to the area. The family offers tours such as walking tours, night tours, learning how to prepare chocolate, and much more! We also fished in the lagoon while we stayed. It is the perfect jungle experience and they take good care of you. They helped us navigate to the hostel and return to lago agrio after. They are a very friendly and awesome family. Thank you Ronald, Julio, and family. I hope to return some day.

Perfect base for a night at the beginning and end of a Yasuni National Park trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of the dock and a few minutes taxi ride from the airport. Communication was good, and there was a friendly welcome on arrival.
