We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

The place is exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet and the unit feels safe with a lockable metal gate installed as well. The place is neat and spacious. It was also very cosy, my husband and I felt at home right away. April is an excellent host. She has hosted us twice, and on both instances, we are impressed by her responsiveness, friendliness and her hospitality. We will definitely book the place again when we visit.

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. This place was way better than we expected and definitely one of the best units we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed, super clean, comfy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.
