Holiday rentals with a patio in San Rafael

Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

Jenny’s place was the perfect introduction to Quito. It was incredibly walkable to whatever we wanted to see in Centro Historico. We especially appreciated that Jenny graciously allowed us to check in extra early since we were arriving early. Her aunt helped us check into the unit and also stored our luggage for us on the check-out date. The area can feel crowded (lots of foot and car traffic, narrow sidewalks), and I felt winded from the altitude and sloping streets, but I’m so glad we chose to start off our vacation in that area. The unit was impeccably designed and had everything we needed (including a small space heater since the bedroom was cold). I especially loved Jenny’s host guide to Quito!

Quiet area and close to the city center, clean, tidy apartment, and as shown in the photos, but what steals the show here is the view that the apartment has, whether by day or night, the view of the whole city was simply beautiful 10/10

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was impeccably clean, in an excellent location near the Quicentro, and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it has additional accessible facilities and is a very safe place. The place is very nice! It is close to parks and shopping centers. It is also very safe and has excellent service.

Stayed here on my first trip to Quito and it was great. Had many restaurants and shops walking distance. Huge mall and park were also pretty close. Apartment was great, clean, and had everything we needed.

What else can I say? We stayed here a third time and had again a great time. It was also very nice that we could keep our luggage in storage for a couple of days.

Fabiola has his apartment located very close to the hospital where my uncle operated, his kindness is excellent, everything is very good and recommended for those who like to visit the city. Great panoramic view. Highly recommended Fabi it's an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.

The place is perfect. The sofa can be enlarged and is comfortable. The bed is king size and extremely comfortable, as are the pillows. The two TVs are very large and have many applications. The shower has good pressure and the water consistently comes out at the correct temperature once it is heated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The facilities are perfect, especially the water area, which has a heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. There is security all day long. The least remarkable for my taste is the distant location of the main attractions, but it is worth it for the comfort of the apartment.
