Una de las casas coloniales más antiguas y hermosas de Costa Rica. Consta de 350m. de construcción, amplios ventanales rodeados de jardines, techos de madera, exquisita decoración. Áreas de estar muy cómodas, conectadas con espectacular jardín. La calle es silenciosa y segura, a 600m. de Escazú Centro: restaurantes, cafés, tiendas, bancos, centros médicos y supermercados.
