Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese war wirklich sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet… wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause…. als ob wir schon immer dort waren. Anfragen, wurden sofort beantwortet… Die Anlage ist klein aber fein 😊 wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen immer gerne wieder. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und zu den Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar, finden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gerne weiter.

La villa de Tania et Igor est sublime, un véritable havre de paix vous attend après les visites et le monde de Venise. Tout y est impeccable, encore mieux que ce que l on voit sur les photos qui n ont pas étaient mise à jour, vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréable, chaque recoin de la maison vous touche par les soins apportés par Tania et Igor, le jardin est très bien entretenu avec toutes les communautés pour y passer de belles soirées . J ai vraiment adoré, je vous le recommande. Merci Tania et Igor de nous avoir permis de vivre une si belle expérience.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Esta ha sido una de las mejores experiencias. El departamento está en una zona tranquila cerca de Campo Santo donde hay restaurantes con terraza. Massimo nos dejó comida y bebida en la refrigeradora lo cual nos significó un ahorro. La comunicación fue fluida. 10 de 10.

Chiara hat immer schnell geantwortet und ich war mir schon vor der Reise sicher, dass alles klappen wird. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Lage war nett und in der Nähe der Vaporetto-Station. Nachts war es schön ruhig, außerdem war es sauber. Es gab eine Bialetti, guten Kaffee, Toaster, alles prima.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

Sehr schönes, kleines, gut eingerichtetes Haus in einem ruhigen, netten Viertel von Venedig, nahe der Biennale, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und einige gute Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Alessandra. Dakterras was top. Mooi verzorgd appartement, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een badjas! Ligging van het appartement is dichtbij de bootverbinding Palanca. Vandaaruit ben je zo in Venetië en de locaties van de Biënnale.

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

The apartment & location were perfect. Eros’s description was spot on. We had everything we needed & the place was clean & comfortable. We had a great stay in Venice & would highly recommend this spot!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Giovanna’s place was wonderful! Quiet and walkable neighborhood, it was a lovely stay. The apartment was comfortable for our group of five, although the sofa bed is a bit small, it would be perfect for four. Thank you so much, Giovanna and Dario, for your hospitality!

Le logement proposé par Nicolo si situe à l'endroit idéal pour explorer toute la ville de Venise. Accessible également à la gare et à l'aéroport si vous voulez visiter d'autres endroits et villes que Venise. C'est un quartier calme et tranquille avec des restaurants, bars et épiceries à proximité tous accessibles à pied. C'est une petite maison chaleureuse qui correspond bien aux images et à la description. Nicolo a été proactif et super réactif à tous nos besoins. La maison et l'emplacement nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Hautement recommandé si vous êtes de passage à Venise !

Apartment was easy to get to. We took a train to Venezia S. Lucia station and a ferry (bus). A short walk later, we arrived at the apartment. There were clear instructions from Simone and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was spotless and clean which made our stay wonderful.

Very beautiful designer apartment, everything is obviously done with taste. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Pillows were comfortable for us. Terrace was very beautiful with flowers. Water pressure in the shower was strong, we liked everything! Thank you.

This place was perfect for our one night stay in Venice. Great location to get to the train station in the morning. The grand canal, restaurants and bars are close by. The house is simple but adequate and well described on the listing. David was very helpful and communicated promptly. We would stay here again.

Great apartment in terrific location on s private little square. It’s minutes away from the big square with good restaurants, bakery for breakfast, close to the vaporetto. We were there in winter so the apartment was a bit cold, but it would be fantastic in warmer weather with a beautiful outside garden. Good hot water, comfortable bed, lots of space. I have to give a shout out to Alberto and Luisella for going out of their way to direct us to the apartment in the dark as we arrived much later than expected. Luisella actually came out with her dog to find us wandering the streets! Terrific genial hosts! Thank you both for your hospitality!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt - könnte ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben, würde ich das sofort tun. Die Lage ist ruhig und abseits der Massen an Touristen, in 10 Min hat man zu Fuß aber nach einem sehr schönen Weg alles erreicht (etwa San Marco). Das Haus ist fantastisch: Es ist genau wie auf den Fotos, super sauber und hochwertig mit viel Geschmack und LIebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tatiana ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie reagiert sehr schnell und hat uns einen spontanen Check In ermöglicht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, eine Empfehlung zu 100 %! Danke, Tatiana!
