Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Don’t hesitate to book. Extremely friendly hosts, great location, and a good value. Unlike many Airbnbs, this one feels like you’re staying with old family friends—between the service, the charming decor, and the location, it’s a can’t miss.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

A good furnished apartment with everything needed for a smooth stay, I would only recommend to add a microwave oven. Two swimming pools, 5 min to the beach. A quiet area, not crowded at all. Lidl, Euro Spin is close by. We enjoyed our stay and would come again!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Antonio and his wife made us feel at home, they are spectacular hosts! They gave us all the information to get to Venice, where to eat, where to go and all the suggestions that a visitor may need. The apartment has all the amenities! My daughters fell in love with the pets, (kittens, turtles, rabbits) I definitely recommend the place and we are super happy to have met them and grateful that they welcomed us into their home. It's a place I would definitely recommend for a family with children.

What an amazing location! Right on the canal! We cannot wait to come back to Venice and stay here. Walkable, quiet, clean. Beautifully designed apartment. So impressed. Thank you Fra and thanks to your mom for the lovely welcome :)

It was our first time to Venice. The thin roads looked challenging yet exciting for us. The apartment is perfectly located. It is only less than 7 mins walk to Rialto, the most popular bridge, as well as a big Vaporetto stop, where we could take the boat to all the major sightseeing places, San Marco, Academmia bridge. The greatest thing we felt was that, when we come back from the Rialto, there usually are a lot of people along the way, as well as a lot of restaurants, some obviously were for the tourists, then once you turn to the street toward the apartment, you see a nice tranquil community, fully away from the noice. And most appreciated, there are several really great restaurants close by. The room is spacious considering the location. Like the appliance. We had great days in Venice. Definitely recommend the place.

It was fantastic—a true gem right in the center of Venice. From there, everywhere we wanted to go was just about 18 minutes away. It was easy to find, and Nicola and Francesca were excellent hosts. Nicola proactively provided us with a list of local recommendations and detailed instructions on how to get from Marco Polo Airport to Venice. I'm keeping this place as a favorite and look forward to enjoying the apartment again the next time I decide to visit Venice (hopefully soon!).

The owners are incredibly kind! Frederico even picked us up when the boat arrived to accompany us to the AirBnb. The accommodation is as described, it was perfect for our stay and very well furnished! Located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the livelier neighborhoods of Venice! Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

We had a great time. The accommodation is very well located for a visit to Venice. A physical welcome by Erika herself, who was a perfect host and gave very good advice. She accompanies us to the apartment, gives us a tour and takes out her Venice map to tell us what to do, where to go, what to eat, etc. This is a time saver for good plans!
