Stylish studio design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. BrixenCard is included.

The apartment 'Melisse' is located near the farm “Thalerhof'' in Feldthurns (Velturno) and boasts a view of the mountains. The charming apartment consists of a spacious, light-flooded living/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time. In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, next to a small stream - recreation surrounded by greenery. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before hiding in the mill under the cozy ceiling.
