Apartment holiday rentals in San Pietro

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

There were two of us in this beautiful apartment. The strategic location of the apartment is great. Shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance (max 5 minutes). Great parking right in front of the apartment. The stairs have no railings, look cool but may be dangerous for toddlers... Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the apartment was kept clean. In October, not all restaurants are open every day, but it doesn't matter. Thank you Giorgio

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We spent less than a week in Budoni to end our Sardinia vacation and go hiking in the area and explore the beaches and pine forests. The apartment was spotly clean. The bedroom was completely darkened, which made us sleep very well. The kitchen had the essentials, so we cooked almost every night. The only downside was that the sheets and towels were not included in the price (€25 per person was estimated on site). Overall, we felt comfortable and liked the quiet location of the apartment.

We loved staying in this beautiful little beach apartment. Had all the amenities, close to the centre and great BBQ and outdoor shower. We really appreciated the late checkout!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. For my first time in Sardinia, I was looking for a quiet place with all the comforts of home and this apartment met my needs in full. Giovanni and Antonella were always available and super kind both before our arrival and during our stay and upon our arrival they welcomed us with local delights. They were also able to recommend great activities and restaurants! The house was very tidy and clean and had everything in the description (washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Despite the drought issues, we have never run out of water (which is no small thing!) Beautiful sea easily reachable on foot in just under 10 min walk or drive (there is ample parking at €3 per day). I couldn't wish for a better welcome and hospitality for my first trip to the wonderful Sardinian land! We will definitely be back and hopefully as soon as possible!

We had a great time. The place was very clean and well stocked. Partially also better than in the reviews. The view of the sea was wonderful. The facility was well maintained. Nearby were beautiful beaches like White Beach. We will be happy to come back.

Quiet residence of only 2 floors, set back from the street. Secure private parking. Well-appointed accommodation with a decor designed to make you feel good. Functional equipment: Very good quality air conditioning and wifi. Small balcony but well appreciated. Good location: Olbia only 15 min and the beaches nearby. Very friendly welcome upon arrival. We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.
