Holiday rentals with a patio in San Pietro Island

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

Giuseppina e’ stata molto cordiale e puntuale. La casa e’ su 3 piani con uno spazio fuori dove poter mangiare e Posto auto privato. La posizione è ottima, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di calasetta e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Consigliatissima!

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Siamo spesso in Giro per airbnb ma è raro trovare un posto cosi ' bello e decorato con TANTO amore nel minimo dettaglio!!!! 💕 La zona è FANTASTICA e abbiamo potuto Godere di tramonti mozzafiato!!!! Darvi 5 stelle è troppo poco!!!! Grazie e torniamo SICURAMENTE 🤗 🤗

Wir wurden herzlich von Morena, der Tochter der Gastgeber, empfangen. Sie hatte für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von etwas Süßem, Olivenöl und Schnaps vorbereitet und sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Außerdem gab sie uns zahlreiche tolle Empfehlungen für Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants – alle waren wirklich hervorragend. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft konnten wir leicht verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen, und die nahegelegenen Strände zählen zu den schönsten, die ich je besucht habe. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Schöne und gepflegte, ländlich gelegene Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Swimmingpool mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Francesco ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch tägliche Empfehlungen erhält man bei ihm. Die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche enthält alles was man braucht.

casa dotata di tutti i comfort a 10' a piedi dalla spiaggia di Buggerru, 5' di macchina da spiaggia di San Nicolò, 15' da Cala Domestica e 30' da Porto Flavia. a 2 passi ci sono supermercato, ristoranti e mercato comunale. casa moderna, con a/c, lavastoviglie e lavatrice asciugatrice. arredata con tutti i comfort, letti comodi, parcheggio semplice. consigliata come base per esplorare questa parte della Sardegna. tornerei volentieri!

Wir haben eine Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, wir haben die Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer und grünem Garten sehr genossen und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam, trotzdem konnte man Läden und Restaurants schnell erreichen. We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's Airbnb at Villagio Tanca Piras. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the host Allesandro went above and beyond to make us feel at home for our 9 month old infant. His recommendations were great. We went to the beaches and restaurants he recommended and couldn't have been happier. We would love to come back. Thank you Allesandro for all your help!

Séjour coup de cœur dans un petit coin de paradis. Les espaces extérieurs sont simplement magiques. La maison est agrémentée sur l avant d une jolie terrasse couverte qui offre chaque soir un sublime coucher de soleil comme spectacle. A l arrière, une seconde terrasse aménagée autours d un petit jardin luxuriant surplombe la maison et offre un panorama de toute beauté sur la vallée. L accès à pied à une première plage se fait en quelques minutes mais il faut pousser plus loin et serpenter dans la colline pour rejoindre une petite crique de toute beauté, presque privée avec une eau transparente où il fait bon passer la journée. Les hôtes sont d une extrême gentillesse. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de passer ce séjour chez eux. Toujours disponibles, nous avons pu échanger facilement tout au long du séjour pour obtenir des conseils sur nos interrogations L heure du départ arrivée, difficile de laisser la maison derrière nous. Vivement notre prochaine excursion en Sardaigne.

Abbiamo passato bellissime giornate nella casa di Carlo Filippo. La casa è immersa in una tenuta gestita molto bene, isolata e tranquilla, ma comunque a 10 minuti dal centro di Sant'Antioco dove è possibile trovare negozi e ristoranti.

Aldo war ein super Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr neu, ruhig und absolut sauber. Zum Strand war es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten, genauso wie zum Restaurants. Vielen Dank Aldo

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Stefania, elle a été au petit soin avec nous selon la coutume Sarde. La maison est magnifique avec tout le confort : vaste jardin ombragé par une riche végétation ( les photos ne rendent pas compte du grand espace autour de la villa et du bon goût simple et confortable avec lequel est décoré l’intérieur ) une longue plage propre et peu fréquentée est accessible à quelques minutes à pied, on peut y aller en maillot de bain ! Carloforte, le charmant village se situe à un petit kilomètre. Très soucieux de leur environnement les habitants de l’île de San Pietro sont très attentifs aux risques de la pollution.

Das Haus ist mindestens genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos in der Anzeige. Ich war mit meinem Mann und zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern dort und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Es war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser die wir besucht haben.

Ein großartiger Ort für einen Kiteurlaub auf Sardinien! Der Spot in Punta Trettu ist nur 300 Meter entfernt und leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 5 Sterne!

Efisio war ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Stets freundlich und darauf bedacht all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir mussten spontan etwas später einchecken, aber auch das war kein Problem. Er war persönlich vor Ort um uns zu begrüßen und es gab eine eigens für uns angerichtete Platte mit frischen Produkten aus der Region, die er am selben Tag noch eingekauft hat (das Essen ist zubuchbar). Der Hot Tub war ein Traum und die Einrichtung war stilvoll und wunderschön. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab kostenlose Snacks im Mini Kühlschrank. Alles in allem ein großartiger Aufenthalt und ich würde jedem empfehlen hier ein paar romantische Nächte zu verbringen!

super séjour dans cette charmante maisonnette, parfaite pour notre famille de 3 enfants! par ces fortes chaleurs, la climatisation a été très appréciée, la maison est dans un état impeccable, la literie est bonne et la cuisine très bien équipée ! un vrai plus c'est toutes les attentions laissées par Maria Elena :eau fraîche, thé, café, jus de fruits, pâtes, vin, gâteaux sardes et miel, ainsi que shampoing, lessive, produits ménagers, chargeurs de tel, ... bref on a l'impression d'être comme chez soi! la proximité de la boulangerie et du supermarché ainsi que les petits magasins du centre ville sont un vrai plus. De l'île, vous pouvez facilement aller sur l'île voisine de San Pietro et visiter le sud de la Sicile et ses magnifiques plages!

Abbiamo soggiornato per il primo. weekend di maggio, quindi un periodo tranquillo per visitare e vivere l'isola. La via dove si trova l'appartamento, anche se piano terra, è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Puoi girare a piedi il centro e raggiungere l'imbarco con estrema facilità. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto ed fornito di tutto ciò che occorre. Il letto è molto comodo e l'appartamento molto pulito. Sarà un piacere soggiornare in futuro da Fanny

La casa di Elena è come da descrizione accogliente e tranquilla. L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dal centro storico, è provvisto di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno e la pulizia è impeccabile. La signora Elena è stata molto gentile, ci ha accolto ed è venuta incontro alle nostre richieste.

Vanessa a été toujours très réactive. Ses recommendations pour visiter Sant antioco ont été très appréciés. Le logement est idéalement situé dans le centre. Merci pour votre accueil !

L’appartamento è accogliente e funzionale. È collocato in una zona strategica del paese vicino al porto e ai servizi principali raggiungibili a piedi. Molto ben curato, pulito e con tutto ciò che occorre. Il proprietario è cortese, gentile e mai invadente. Lo consiglio!

Toller Aufenthalt im Herzen von Sant Antioco

Ho trascorso 2 settimane meravigliose, all'insegna della pace e del relax, svegliarsi... vedere il mare dalla finestra e un cielo pennellato da mille colori non ha prezzo! La casa era impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto, Paola splendida e dolcissima, ci ha assistito in tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Villaggio tranquillo e pieno di adorabili gattini....per uno di loro ho lasciato lì il mio 💗. La Sardegna è una terra magica....non so come spiegarlo....ma quando ci vai una volta...devi tornarci...PER SEMPRE!...purtroppo il lavoro al momento non mi dà questa libertà e prima di un altro anno non potrò ritornarci...ma lei è li chee ci aspetta! Un forte abbraccio a Paola e al mio piccolo peloso che non ho potuto portare con me!
