Apartment holiday rentals in San Pietro Island

great stay in this charming cottage, perfect for our family of 3 children! in these hot weather, the air conditioning was very appreciated, the house is in pristine condition, the bedding is good and the kitchen is very well-equipped! a real plus is all the touches left by Maria Elena: fresh water, tea, coffee, fruit juice, pasta, wine, Sardinian cakes and honey, as well as shampoo, laundry detergent, household products, tel chargers, ... in short, you feel like home! the proximity to the bakery and supermarket as well as the small shops in the city center are a real plus. From the island you can easily go to the nearby island of San Pietro and visit the south of Sicily and its beautiful beaches!

Our journey to Sardinia was accompanied by various logistical difficulties, but Carlo showed empathy and understanding when we finally reached his home. Despite the very late hour, he welcomed us warmly and took care of us. It was also nice to have his care in the form of fresh coffee and watermelon to smooth out our troubles. We were very touched. Carlo later provided us with useful tourist information and responded promptly to all our requests. Our stay in his traditional Italian home left only pleasant memories.

We stayed for two weeks and I have to say that we had a really good time, Massimo was always punctual and available. The house is located at the beginning of the village, near a supermarket, in a very convenient location both to reach the historic center (15 minutes walk) and to be able to leave Iglesias and move to nearby beaches and/or places.

The apartment as described, it was impeccable, excellent cleanliness,we felt very comfortable,supermarket behind the house,in front of a very good food house,a bar where you can have breakfast and a pizzeria all very close,the beach about 20 minutes away,but as we went to tour everything seemed close to us, I only have good words for this place,for me 5 stars deserved and I recommend it 100%

good morning I stayed in this apartment, we had a good time. The house is spacious with large spaces and a nice outdoor courtyard where you can eat or relax. The apartment is very comfortable and well connected to the main streets to visit the area. The owner is very helpful and friendly, she gave us several tips for lunch and dinner. We had a very good time!

The house is very nice and in a comfortable area, about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is very easy to communicate with Morena, if you have any questions or information, contacting her by message in a few minutes. The thing I appreciated most is the guide of the recommended places that Morena leaves for each guest, very useful to evaluate the activities to be carried out.

The house is very nice, big and spacious. Everything clean and sparkling clean when we arrived. Very well equipped kitchen. The views from the balconies are adorable. The hostess was always helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Very nice hiking trails right by the house, if we were not so early in the morning we could see hikers right by the road below the balcony. We had a little beach to ourselves right below the house. Required a short but challenging hike there but it didn't matter. At a short distance we had several beaches, caves and other fun to do and see. Thank you for a lovely week in April 2025 /Richard

Claudia's stay was impeccable. Hosts were very helpful in accommodating my alteration requests, due to last-minute incidents. I recommend anyone who wants to discover Sant 'Antioco to stay here! Also, in the house there is a bulletin board with various proposals for activities to do on site (a very welcome idea)! The veranda is very comfortable and well-maintained!

The apartment is restored with great care and attention to detail, in a evocative location in the center of Carloforte just a stone's throw from bars and shops. The owners are very helpful and attentive to every request. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Elena's home is as described, cozy and quiet. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center, it is equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the cleanliness is impeccable. Mrs. Elena was very kind, she welcomed us and met our requests.

Staying here was lovely and felt like home. The whole place makes you feel at peace and the decoration and details were so beautiful that we wanted to stay longer. The hosts were super attentive and explained everything in detail beforehand. We even had a stressful situation on the last day because we forgot our wallet and home keys in the apartment but Alessio took the time of recovering them and sent us everything directly to our address. This is very important to highlight as you don't usually find people so helpful so THANK YOU SO MUCH. We'll certainly come back :)

We had a fantastic stay at Laura's apartment in the heart of old town! The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants (Zenith) and charming streets. Laura's hospitality, communication and generosity were exceptional; she helped us to get deeper into Sardinian culture and traditions. Laura presented us delicious Easter desserts and organized to see a unique Easter procession on Good Friday. The apartment itself is comfortable and uniquely designed, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the area. I highly recommend Laura as a host—her attention to detail and kindness made my stay truly memorable. I can’t wait to return in 2 weeks! Thank you, Laura!

Very nice family, helpful and punctual. Nothing to say. Spectacular apartment if it was directed towards the sea but it is still worth it for 2 adults and 2 children. Close to everything

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

Very nice apartment with great views. Andrea is a great host, extremely accommodating and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were incredibly flexible and smooth. I can recommend it to everyone!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Stayed for 3 nights in Mauro's apartment. It is very nice and well equipped, perfect for a couple getaway. And the balcony has such a stunning view, in the end you don't feel like leaving. The area is quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Be sure to try the pizzaria 906, the pizzas are great and the view is one that you won't forget.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!
