Massimo est un Hôte exceptionnel ! Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes indépendants de Massimo, et il a toujours été disponible par mail voir physiquement sur place. C'est une personne chaleureuse, accueillante qui n'a qu'une obsession : Votre confort Merci Massimo ... car nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un environnement calme et superbe. En avril la mer est encore froide mais les paysages sont somptueux, et la plage à 70 m du gîte est un petit bijoux. Allez aussi voir les plages du côté de Chia ... un vrai petit paradis ! Bonne saison Massimo ... Au plaisir de se revoir peut être un jour Cordialement

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Alloggio perfetto per la nostra compagnia. Il fulcro della vacanza si è svolto sotto il porticato spazioso con una tavola immensa, un barbecue da 10 e una doccia all'aperto utilissima sotto un ulivo. La cosa più bella è che abbiamo trovato un nuovo Amico, il Sig. Alberto. Più che disponibile, si potrebbe definire il collante della compagnia. Grandi mangiate e racconti davanti a del buon vino. Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Die Wohnung war viel schöner als wir erwartet haben. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns viel geholfen und vieles für uns organisiert . Ganz herzlichen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder Norbert und Andrea😊

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf ervaren. De rust en ruimte in combinatie met het vriendelijke ontvangst is het helemaal waard. Voor ons de ideale uitvalsbasis naar locaties in het zuidwesten die we graag wilden bezoeken. Je voelt je meteen thuis door het charisma en de vriendelijkheid van Alberto’s vader. Zouden het iedereen aanraden.

Der Aufenthalt in Martas Haus war super-schön, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Terrasse ist wirklich klasse. Marta ist außerdem sehr lieb, und sie kümmert sich sofort um alles. Auch ein Besuch in ihrem Atelier ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Allerdings ist aufgrund der schmalen Gasse die Anfahrt mit einem kleinen Auto wirklich angeraten.

Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Cinzia è stato breve ma estremamente piacevole. L'appartamento è delizioso e dal vivo ha superato decisamente le nostre aspettative! Ben progettato e dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e ben posizionato. Cinzia è stata presente sin dal primo momento, gentile nel consigliarci e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Se dovessi tornare a Carloforte spero senza dubbio di poter soggiornare nuovamente lì!

E' stata una esperienza molto positiva e bella, sopra tutto grazie alla posizione dell'immobile situato al centro del paese. L'appartamento è molto comodo, funzionale , pratico e pulito dotato di tutti i confort elencati nel sito. Le spiagge dell'isola sono veramente belle, raggiungibili max nei 30 min, con panorami incantevoli e unici . Daniela è stata molto gentile, riservata e sempre disponibile, consigliandoci ristoranti, spiagge e luoghi da visitare. Ci torneremo sicuramente per beneficiare della tranquillità e della cordialità ricevuta dagli isolani in queste tre settimane trascorse a Sant'Antioco. Grazie ancora Daniela

Marco and his son Luca were super helpful and kind. We arrived a day later than anticipated and they adapted to our needs, checking us in the next day. They offered us lifts from and to the train station in Iglesias purely out of kindness, as there is a well-functional bus system in place. The place was clean and the view is one of a kind. You'll have all you need and you're close to an amazing beach which was not crowded at all, despite it being late June. Thank you for offering your property as a holiday stay. Sardinia is truly unique. Don't look further for a place to stay. There is a reason this place and its host are rated so high!

Abbiamo passato circa una settimana nella casa di Ornella ed Emilio. La casa era superiore alle aspettative, arredata con gusto e recentemente ristrutturata. Poi Ornella ed Emilio, ottimi ospiti, avevano avuto delle attenzioni che ci hanno fatto immediatamente sentire benvenuti. La casa è immersa nella macchia mediterranea, in una situazione di assoluta pace che ti fa sentire subito in vacanza. A poca distanza dalle spiaggie, raggiungibili in macchina in massimo 15 minuti e da Carloforte, anche quello a circa 10-15 minuti. Siamo stati benissimo e contiamo appena possibile di tornare!

La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e riservata e in un ottima posizione per visitare le bellissime spiagge vicine. La casa era pulitissima e Marco e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.Le bevande e la frutta di benvenuto sono state veramente apprezzate. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

L'appartement est spacieux et la vue sur le port et la mer magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter du coucher de soleil tous les soirs ! Les deux terrasses sont très agréables. Nous sommes arrivés le Week end de Pâques et de nombreux restaurants et commerces étaient fermés. Pour le petit déjeuner, après nous avoir proposer de le prendre sur place nous avons du nous débrouiller. On nous a donné une adresse pas loin de l'appartement mais c'était fermé. Heureusement il y avait d'autres endroits ouverts ouvert sur Postoscuso.

Tolle Unterkunft. Die Lage war in Nebida wirklich sehr gut. Direkt an einem Aussichtspunkt, toller Ausblick von der Unterkunft. Supermarkt und gutes Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Location perfettamente aderente alla descrizione. La casa di Luca è inserita in una piccola oasi dal verde perfettamente curato arricchita da una grande piscina. La distanza dal mare non rappresenta un problema grazie alla presenza di un ampio parcheggio vicino alle spiagge. Ringrazio Luca per la cordialità e la disponibilità dimostrata. Location consigliata a chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità a due passi da un mare da sogno

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Die Wohnung von Cristiana befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Residence mit Meerblick und nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt direkt an der Cala Grotta. In der Wohnung fanden wir sehr hilfreiche Informationen zu den schönsten Stränden und Restaurant Tipps (meine Empfehlung Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). Es war sehr von Vorteil, dass der sensationelle Meerwasser Infinity Pool (Ende September) noch geöffnet war. So konnten wir auch bei starkem Seegang immer schwimmen. Die Residence ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um das Juwel Sant' Antioco zu erkunden. Cristiana war immer für uns da und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert. Grazie Cristiana

Un posto magico dove abbiamo incontrato delle persone splendide. Tino è stato sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e pieno di ottimi consigli.

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Blick auf Pool und Meer, Aussattung passt, Alessandro hat sofort auf Wünsche reagiert und extras ermöglicht. Nur die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse könnten etwas bequemer werden, ansonsten super.

Wir kennen das Haus ! Seit unserem letzten Besuch hat Novella die Küche umgebaut und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Bad eingerichtet! Auch die verglaste Veranda hat uns vor allem am Abend gut gefallen!! Vanna die Haushälterin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft ausgezeichnet geholfen, danach war sie durch die COVID-Erkrankung ihrer Mutter gezwungen uns auf Distanz zu begleiten! Dank Vanna‘s Hilfe finden auch meine im Haus zurück gelassenen Hörgeräte noch den Zu mir zurück, ich bin ihr sehr dankbar!! Wir werden uns bei der Ferienplanung im Herbst frühzeitig an Novella wenden für eine Reservation! Tanti saluti Marcel

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. En vacances hors période scolaire des autres pays, nous avons eu la surprise d'être les seuls occupants des lieux. La communication avec Paolo a été très facile, il est extrêmement réactif et bienveillant. Tout est bien organisé, on sent que tout est bien rodé et ça roule tout seul. Avec le GPS aucun problème pour trouver le logement, quand on voit la vue aérienne on comprend bien que tant qu'on peut monter on monte! la route est délabrée mais franchement on a vu pire, on s'y fait et finalement c'est pas ennuyant. Surtout qu'au bout de la route c'est le paradis. La piscine est magnifique, la sérénité et le calme sont maîtres. Début mai, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui n'est pas chauffée mais on y rentre sans grande difficulté. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé, lits confortables et d'une propreté qui mérite des éloges. Paysages magnifiques, sardes tres gentils, gastronomie magique à prix abordables. prévoyez produits anti moustiques!!
