Fantastic little apartment in Loja, I stayed here for over 4 months. It's the top unit, 4th floor, so there is stairs, which are well worth it, because you get a fantastic view of the city from your private balcony! This was one of the main reasons I rented this place and was very happy I did. The view is beautiful at all hours. Nice high ceilings! It's a great location, 1km from El Centro or Supermaxi. 3 blocks off the main bus line on Pio Jaramillo, also some great restaurants close by. Local mercado on weds and Sunday 3 blocks away, great and cheap fruits and veg. The hosts are always very helpful and are extremely friendly and generous. Patricio literally gave me the hat off his head one day! Really great people ❤️ The only real drawback for me was the shower, it was finicky to get it to turn on. Also sometimes the entire barrio is without water for several hours. A toaster would be helpful since there is no oven. Overall it's a very nice private space to enjoy Loja 😃

Mario is a great host and the home is in the dead center of town. Restaurants are within walking distance and the home is safe and secure.

Martha’s place is a true gem 💎 in the city of Loja. Clean, comfortable, safe and within walking distance to everything you need. So many restaurants and pastry shops to choose from. Easy to find with clear instructions for check in. Martha is very fast with responding to any questions you may have. The garden upstairs is amazing and Martha is so generous in sharing it with you while you stay. Lettuce, chives, limes and strawberries to name a few items you could take. She has a clean and organized laundry room too. It is a city neighborhood with a school right across the street so expect some noise but it quiets down at night. You must visit Donald’s Pan on the corner Azuay and Olmedo. We loved our stay and Martha’s place and hope to return on our next visit to Loja❣️

It was perfect, Luis was super successful with each of the directions. Very quiet place, super safe and easy to access. Cleanliness 10/10, left us everything at hand. Without a doubt one of the best stays I've had on Airbnb. THANK YOU LUIS!

It's a nice place It's not far from the center Its a residential area I was a little confused with the streets, but Sergio helped me find my way Neat and concrete in everything described by the host I would rent it again
