Great value, beautiful view from the pool. Beach access is very rocky at the home but we walked about half a mile and all was great. Only recommendation is to turn the air on immediately upon arrival and make sure they don’t go off. Will be back soon!

Atzoli, he was very kind, he informed us and I help as much as he could. She was always attentive to respond and resolve any questions. Apartment as described, very well decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and proximity to a nice beach. Recommended!

It was a wonderful stay, the place is super nice, comfortable areas for my children to play, Eddy is super attentive and aware of every detail. The apartment is super comfortable and spacious.

We went as a family and we all found delight in this space, some of us were very happy with this well-equipped kitchen, clean towels for everyone, lots of hygiene inside and outside the premises, the Large and clean family pool, I loved Hemigway Beach. There is a restaurant in the residential area that we did not visit. In the center where the Banco Popular is, there is nightlife, all kinds of services during the day such as pharmacies, grocery stores, street fruit vendors, we did not stop at any in particular. There are large supermarkets about a 15-minute drive away. Very close to Aeropuerto de las Americas (airport) and almost an hour from Santo Domingo or the District. An incredible price for what it offers, however it attracts a very family-oriented crowd and all the support staff of the residential complex are very accommodating. Thank you Christian! We'll be back

"I had a wonderful stay at Valencia’s villa.The location was perfect and peaceful making it easy to get around and explore the area. The food options nearby were great, loved the fish and plantains😋 adding to the overall experience. Jose was great and the neighborhood and the home were beautiful. The home was very clean and exactly as described. Not a real complaint, but neighborhood was in a strange location between San Pedro and La Romana so you should account for that.

This is the best place to stay in Hato Mayor. We have stayed in nearly every hotel and rental available to visit our family. This house was large and comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful and was great for our kids. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The best pica pollo in town is right around the corner and it’s super close to las chinas for shopping. We are so glad that we spent a little extra to have such amazing accommodations!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay. Ashley was incredibly responsive and flexible, accommodating all the adjustments I needed to make to my stay. Jordany, the amazing co-host, was very attentive and always available, letting us know we could call him for anything. The stay was really good. The house was super big, the rooms were spacious. The master bedroom is spectacular. All the space came to be necessary for my family. The reality that the whole experience was very good, the pool was enjoyed and the fact of being rodiados of star fruit and platanos/guineos was a super cute experience; my children will never forget that. Dario the manager was super pending, very friendly and helpful; 100% fantastic! We would love to spend more time in the house and get to know the area better!

Just got back from our vacation and it literally was the best vacation I’ve had thus far. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were cool and I didn’t know there was 2 FULL bathrooms AND 2 balcony’s! It was so cute and comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive and active and we had everything we needed. The pool was nice even though it was kind of green but we still used it. The location is near a lot of restaurants and supermarket and colmados which are my favorite. Can’t wait to go back in October!

Excellent place. We came back for the second time and it already has some remodeling for better comfort. An excellent place with a sea view and a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. Everything is very comfortable.

Great place with beautiful views of the beach, we had a great time here minus a few hiccups that were addressed quickly by the host it was a great stay I would consider returning here down the row, Ramona is a great host highly recommend this place.

The villa is in excellent condition, better than in the photos, clean, organized and equipped. Very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two queen size beds, the bathroom is very good with hot water. Very quiet and cozy. We would definitely go back.

Enmanuel was very attentive and kind from the beginning of the conversation to the end, always willing to help with whatever I needed within the amenities provided. Everything described in the photos matches the place; impeccable, tidy, minimalist, the atmosphere is very pleasant and quiet inside the apartment. The pool and beach areas are in very good condition. Bravo Zulu! I'll be back soon... I recommend it!
