A beautiful Mansion!! Is amazing, better than the picture. Beautifully decorated, clean, everything that you can imagine in the kitchen, bathroom have from soap to shavers to dental floss. The pool area is the perfect spot for a pool party. My family and I will be back. Thanks Frances!!

I really and everybody else loved this Place. We felt kind of better than home because we saw all the bases covered. I mean they though of everything. Nothing was missed. Beautiful villa, very stylish, had everything you need. The highlight of our trip was Collins. He was very responsive and always making sure we had a great time. The pool is shared with a few other villas, but we had the place to ourselves during our stay so it was like our private pool. I recommend this villa and would love to come back soon!

An incredible space to rest , enjoy the view, the ocean breeze, in a very good location. Close to town and places to know. Definitely a safe place to be with friends or family. Well decorated, clean and with attention to detail.

This place was beautiful—spotlessly clean with an incredible view! The beach is lovely and secluded, giving the whole area a peaceful, private feel. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. One thing to note is that there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to include some blankets. But honestly, that’s a small detail—overall, it was a fantastic stay!

A spectacular villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well cared for the property was. The spaces were spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. The private pool and views were the best of everything - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place. The villa had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and you could see the care in every detail. Also, the location was excellent, close to everything but secluded enough to feel total privacy. The host was very attentive and always available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury get away and rest.

Everything matches the description. The beach view is outstanding! The place is perfect to rest and relax. The host was great and attentive. Check-in was quick as well as the check-out.

This location was absolutely stunning with incredible views. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding and truly impressive. You’ll definitely need a car to get around, as it’s a bit farther from the city. However, if you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to relax, this is the one! The nearest grocery store was in Boca Chica, about a 14-minute drive, which was very convenient. Boca Chica also has great restaurants and plenty of fun activities. Santo Domingo was around 25 minutes away by car. Overall, the location was perfect.

Really enjoyed my time in Comatillo. Don't get me wrong the villa is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, but what really made me fall for this place was the surrounding area. Located in the confluence between 2 rivers (Comate and Comatillo) it is peaceful and magical. A pristine countryside marvel with the luxury of modern amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramon’s place. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. I recommend it to anyone visiting San Pedro.

Everything as expected another great stay

The stay was really good. The house was super big, the rooms were spacious. The master bedroom is spectacular. All the space came to be necessary for my family. The reality that the whole experience was very good, the pool was enjoyed and the fact of being rodiados of star fruit and platanos/guineos was a super cute experience; my children will never forget that. Dario the manager was super pending, very friendly and helpful; 100% fantastic! We would love to spend more time in the house and get to know the area better!
