O apartamento é excelente - muito bem equipado, com tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia confortável. A vista da varanda é linda e torna o ambiente ainda mais especial. O prédio conta com comodidades incríveis, como academia bem equipada e uma piscina ótima para relaxar. Os anfitriões foram super atenciosos e sempre rápidos nas respostas, o que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é ótima, com restaurantes, mercados e parques bem próximos. Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria!

Booked this last minute and excellent communication. The place is newer and has great restaurants on the street level . Awesome pool and even better 21st floor to rooftop where you can spend the morning relaxing or wind down in the evening ! Check in was a breeze. The cooking facilty was awesome. Close to city but far enough to be away from the hustle n bustle

Jose is reliable and communicative. I have not met any disappointment booking with him for like a thousand times.

A estrutura do local é excelente: academia bem equipada, piscina limpa e agradável, um espaço para leitura super aconchegante e uma vista panorâmica de tirar o fôlego! Todos os ambientes são bem planejados e contribuem para uma experiência de hospedagem completa e muito agradável. Além disso, o atendimento foi excelente, com uma recepção atenciosa e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar. Foi uma estadia tão boa que me senti em casa. Recomendo fortemente e com certeza voltarei!

The gated community offers excellent security, with two gates to pass through before entering—something we really appreciated for peace of mind. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the pool area was pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Although we rented a car to get to our scheduled excursions, it was super convenient to have a designated parking spot right outside our condo door. Everything about our stay felt easy, safe, and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure, relaxing place to stay!

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Accross from butterfly museum. Shops and groceries 3 km down road bus and euber easily available. Gated community very secure. Great shared pool area. 25 minutes from San Jose airport.

Excelente lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. La decoración estaba bien bonita. El edificio tiene vista fabulosa, una barra en el lobby y la decoración de los pisos con diferentes concepto me gusto. 100% recomendado.

I said that Giovanni’s during my first trip to Costa Rica. Location was great. There were tons of things to do nearby. The building is very secure and the food was really good. Downstairs at the pasta bar, but also nearby restaurants never takes more than four or five minutes for an Uber to arrive at the condo. Definitely work. Price and I will definitely stay there again. Next time that I’m in San Jose.

El apartamento está precioso, desde el primer momento Esteban fue muy claro con las instrucciones y esto hizo que el Check in fuera sumamente sencillo y rápido! Todo estaba ya listo, Esteban es muy colaborador y tiene un excelente trato.

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

Andres was very nice since we first met him. He was always communicating and very informative with recommended places to eat and places to visit but also avoid to be safe. Andres looked out for us and made check in super easy . Thank you for all you did andres !
