Javier is a very kind person. He greeted us personally and showed us the farm. The place itself is great: spacious, lots of vegetation, very well maintained and quiet. The house is in very good condition, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The living rooms and lounges are very comfortable, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! The house is very cozy and you can feel that the owner takes care of it with great affection. We really enjoyed our stay and next time in Costa Rica we will definitely stay here again.

This home is even more beautiful in real life. We have stayed at airbnbs all around the world and this really is one of a kind. Waking up to 360° views looking out to the beautiful gardens and rolling hills was extremely special. You are literally immersed in nature. The host was very welcoming and friendly. She showed us around and made us feel at home. She was always available if we had any questions. If you get the chance to stay here then we recommend you do! We can't wait to come back next time!!

Ruth and Karen were fantastic hosts! We loved visiting with them and getting a tour of the amazing property. The home is beautiful , well stocked and very comfortable. When we weren’t hiking to the waterfall or along the river to the coffee farm we were relaxing on the veranda. We saw Mot Mots, a toucan, and lots of other birds! The beautiful horse Paco was majestic! We will definitely return and give 5 stars+++

Cindy’s condo is the perfect retreat for a family, or for a group. It is incredibly spacious, with more room than the pictures can show. The view of San Jose was gorgeous day and night. The pool was public to the condo, and was heated. The drive Into San Jose was a touch longer than expected, but that was no biggie due to all of the other amenities. Lots of balcony space, on multiple levels have great indoor/outdoor experiences. Definitely would stay again.

Sara was a great host. The unit was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a place you could settle into nicely. Would recommend Sara and the unit to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Everything was very clean and tidy, it even had snacks and welcome juice, the cabin is private and with everything you need to have a good time, a good size screen, a kitchen equipped with several spices for cooking and Jeannette even offered us information about restaurants with home delivery in the area for our convenience.

Wonderful hosts, and the gardens and grounds are stunning and peaceful! Easily accessible to the Toucan Rescue Ranch. A perfect place for our stay.

A very peaceful, comfortable farm stay with nice cool weather in the mountains.

Superb. From the moment you enter the property, until the moment you check out. This is a very well furnished, loving home, with a welcoming high ceiling octagonal space where friends and family dynamics just flourish. This is where the cooking, fireplace evenings, reading and hanging out while connected to the rest of the place. The terrace faces west, and between the mountains view you can watch the sunsets, over the ocean (technically over the Guanacaste Peninsula), yes, you can see the ocean from the place, it´s real nice. The master bedroom also faces west, and you get the same ocean view right from the master bed. (Yes, it is this good!). The whole place is surrounded with highly diverse gardens that mix into the surrounding nature. The place is private, feels very safe, there is plenty of parking space, and there is even a small casita in the same property that can be rented if not everyone can fit into the big house. Bathrooms are spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Great spot close enough but far enough from the city.

We had a great stay in San Jose! The place was huge with lots of space! The pool table was a nice touch and was in good condition. When we arrived, Leo gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to use everything. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was close to the airport and also close to the city center. All the bedrooms had AC, however the main house did not. We left the windows opened which helped, but also attracted a few bugs. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all. We all had a great time and this place was a great place to wrap up our time in Costa Rica 😊

What a beautiful home! This place is equipped, detailed, clean, comfortable and maintained. The views are endless. The nights are gorgeous. We spent the majority of our time on the back patio and in the pool. The outdoor shower was amazing. Francisco, the caretaker, was also just so fabulous. He was so helpful and just precious. It was just myself and my best friend, two females, and we felt very safe. They had very comfortable beds, sheets, pillows, towels, linens in general. My best friend and I felt right at home. Probably one of the most comfortable well equipped homes that I’ve stayed in. Definitely the cleanest. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Looking forward to the air-conditioning in the upper bedrooms!
