Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Pa Tong District

Great one bedroom condo in Chiang Mai—very clean, comfortable, and well set up. The host, John, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and also very understanding when I had a small accident in the unit. Truly appreciated the kindness and communication. Building has excellent shared amenities including a rooftop pool, gym and small sauna. Highly recommend! 🙌🇹🇭

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

The apartment and it’s facilities are amazing! Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

地理位置非常优越，可以步行到塔佩门和周日夜市，这次出门忘记带纸质书了，这里竟然有一书架的书本耶，愉快地阅读完了Super normal。 喜欢房屋布局，小书房临近芒果树，适合工作，也很适合创作。每个空间都维护得很好，看得出来房主很爱惜这个房子。推荐

집은 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 넓었습니다. 헬스장과 수영장 시설도 있었고, 1층엔 카페와 여행 패키지를 예약할 수 있는 등 편리했습니다. 다만 콘도앞과 주변에 유흥업소가 있어서 어린아이와 동반한다면 조금은 불편할 수 있습니다.

位于香格里拉酒店隔壁，周围一分钟即可步行抵达7-11，十分钟可以到BigC。如果喜欢清迈夜市一代，基本二十分钟内均可以步行抵达。和古城的步行街距离在半小时，但叫车非常方便。 公寓里面设施齐全，楼顶还有健身房和小泳池可以使用。室内虽然不是崭新状态但总体来说可以接受，并且卫生情况也不错。 小缺点是：入户门的楼道隔音效果一般，但好在房间两居室格局对卧室没有影响。以及对面酒店的窗户距离很近，介意隐私问题的话需要一直关闭窗帘。 总之，是性价比很高的房源。

Wonderful+++ Yuranan, Ome, I-Tim, and Ome's parents worked their butts off throughout my stay. My 1-week stay turned into 1-month then 2-months and this family really took care of me every step of the way. Unfortunately, I arrived at their home sick. Without hesitation, they offered me medicine, took me to the doctor's office, and then the hospital. They also took even more time and effort to show me around their neighbourhood and introduce me to so many aspects of Thai culture. These people were upfront about their place ahead of time and were incredibly helpful and thoughtful before, during, and even after. These people really went above and beyond for me and I am honestly so grateful for their care, hospitality, graciousness, and friendship. Thank you so very much, Yuranan, Ome, I-Tim, and Ome's parents for everything!!! I miss you all and can't wait to see all of you again. À bientôt, mes amis!!!

This is our second time to stay here and will be the first selection if we have to come to Chiang Mai. Always having a pleasant stay and enjoy playing with an adorable Geoge the Labrador !!! Highly recommended for accomoodation with a super host and a far beyond expectation.

I stayed at this house already several times and it is always a pleasure to be there.

Was a really nice place to stay, me and my friends booked here for two nights and ended up extending another. It’s a really nice place, out of the city centre but its easy enough to get a grab or motorbike in if you’re renting one. It was nice to get out of the city centre and it wasn’t very touristy which was quite nice. There’s not loads to do within walking distance but again you can just use a bike or a grab. Wasn’t the cleanest but also didn’t feel super dirty, very good for the price. Bob was lovely and super accommodating, helped us with any questions we had and responded quickly, would definitely recommend :)

Daow (bob's ex wife) who was taking care of the Airbnb at the time I stayed with a friend of mine was the best host ever!!! I highly recommend to stay at this place, if you're after an authentic and quiet area where it's not too crowded with tourists. I stayed at the main big house whilst there were other little houses surrounding it with other tourists. They have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, own bathroom. I had already planned my activities prior to coming and advised Daow of this - who was very helpful getting into contact with her friends who offer this. She had connections with the Elephant sanctuary and ATV quad bikes. The rest of the other days we figured it ourselves, the area we stayed in also has a 7 eleven, massage place, cafe (heads up they only sell drinks there), Pizza restaurant and many banks surrounding it (convenient for cash withdrawals) nearby which made it more convenient for us. It's also safe to walk around :) Easy 11/10 for me : )

We had a pleasant stay at Mark and Veronikas. It was a bit difficult to find, but Veronika is quick to respont and waited for us outside the wall - there’s a big red wall aroud the accomodation. Mark and Veronika opened their home for us and provided a warm welcome. They had scooters and bikes we could use if we wanted to see the neighbourhood and all the viewpoints close by. We could also use the big kitchen (cutlery included) and they had a washing machine available. The room was as described and was very clean. The pool is big, cold but very nice on a warm day. It’s a quite neighbourhood where you can relax to the sounds of nature. There are chickens (and plenty of eggs you may use to cook) and bird noises. Defenitely bring mosquito spray, because you’ll need it but the rooms also provide screen doors. There’s also a ventilator available. Long story short: we would defenitely recommend staying at Veronika’s place! They are very friendly people and you’ll feel right at home.

Bob’s place is unique. If you like places and objects with a story and don’t mind a little DIY, you will love this place and will feel at home. A place to hang out for a little longer. Bob is always there for help and a chat. The neighbourhood also has many local gems to discover: potteries, woodcraft shops, antique shops, hikes, rivers, .. and still you can visit Chang Mai if you like.

Great for big families!

Tout était parfait ! L’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai connu. Le logement était très propre et confortable. j’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement avec des restaurants locaux juste en bas, des bons salons de massages, le night market à 5-10 min à pied. Je recommande à 100% !!

El piso tiene una relación calidad precio estupenda. Con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días por la zona. La anfitriona muy amable en todo momento

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!
