Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Pa Tong District

This is our second time to stay here and will be the first selection if we have to come to Chiang Mai. Always having a pleasant stay and enjoy playing with an adorable Geoge the Labrador !!! Highly recommended for accomoodation with a super host and a far beyond expectation.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

We really enjoyed the stay in Anya's apartment. They help a lot, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great and the chef is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend of Anya's apartment, definitely want to come back again.

The new room is very clean and lovely. It's like staying in your own house. It's close to 7-Eleven. It's super easy to walk to eat and get a car. The bed is comfortable. I have a whole house next door. It's not loud. My favorite is that there is a kitchen and a washing machine for free. Big screen TV. The landlord is welcoming. I will definitely come back here again.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

A lovely little place in a great location.

Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

I had an all-around perfect stay in the Glory Suites! The accommodation is modern, very clean and stylishly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is great, quiet and yet close to everything you want to experience in Chiang Mai. The check-in was straightforward and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

The place is located close to the old town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and kind. Excellent breakfast.

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

Stayed with friends for almost a week, the host was very nice, unfortunately I didn't bring a swimsuit, I will come again next time, very good, very good host

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!
