Tai is such a lovely host, and the space was amazing - so peaceful and comfortable. The food and drink available is great, the amenities are enjoyable, and the location outside the city made it a lovely getaway. Thank you! Will be back again.

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

A beautiful airy house with a pool and large garden. We were allowed to stay here for a month and felt like at home. Peter and Jao were very nice and helpful. It was very private and tranquil. Live music can be heard between 9 pm and midnight, depending on the direction of the wind more times less. A car is mandatory and many beautiful places such as Hang Dong Market or Kad Farrang can be reached in 10 or 15 minutes. The house does not have a washing machine, i.e. washing and eating/shopping can be combined well. We did not need AC, except for a few hours a day in the "study" as it is pleasantly warm in Chiang Mai and the house has ceiling fans and nicely air-conditioned with open windows. It was really great for us 🙂

Beautiful place. Nice weather. Quiet. Spacious house with lots of activities to play. There is a river running behind the house. There is a gas kitchen inside the house and a charcoal grill in the front lawn. 🏕️ Ideal for visiting with family or group of friends. Set up a pork pan bbq to toast camp.😋 The host was very responsive to any questions. If you have the chance to come back again🙏😄.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool and peaceful surroundings. Rebec and Anson (and their two cats and dog :p) were an outstanding host—kind, passionate, and extremely helpful. Upon our arrival, they gave us a warm welcome and a thorough introduction to both the property and the local area. Rebec’s restaurant recommendation was excellent—not crowded, with great food—and really enhanced our experience. She was very responsive throughout our stay, always available to answer any questions we had. Rebec is also a talented chef, and the meals she prepared for us at the villa were delicious and satisfying. Overall, we had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to come back again!

Living like seclusion in the last few days in Chiang Mai.The yard is planted with mango trees, dragon-eyed trees, and lush vegetation all around.I fell asleep to the sound of the cicadas every day, listening to the birds. Lily is the cutest host I've ever met, will take me to a wild lychee, go to a nearby vegetarian restaurant for a coffee chat, and make delicious milkshakes.She cared that I was not bitten by mosquitoes, recommended me a nearby noodle store, and the last day I was afraid that I would even come and get me up by mistake... When we are together, we talk about creating, talking about dreams, and also talking about intimacy. From Lily, I also feel the light and spiritual temperament and vigorous vitality, like the trees next to her yard, with the power of healing people. Lily had open arms before walking and gave me a hug which is undoubtedly the most perfect ending of my trip😇
