Very nice house, complete, with many things to do even when we had a lot of rain and we couldn't take advantage of all the things they offer, we didn't lack anything. The house is far away, so you need a vehicle to get around, although they have a bike that you can get around with. Gustavo's attention when we needed something was immediate. Surely we'll be back :)

The place has a very spacious and nice park. The only detail, that the place inside would have been missing some armchairs to be more comfortable.

If you go to ExpoAgro to work the location is excellent, not for walks or nightlife, the dpto is as seen in the photos and is very well maintained except for some very minimal detail and without relevance.

Simple and spacious apartment, with all the comforts and everything you need for a weekend. Entry and carriage in a row (uncomfortable if you have the car left at the end as they should all go out to get it out), but it is a quiet area and easy walking access to the attractions, coastal and many nearby venues (supermarket next door). Very attentive Ezequiel and family in terms of check-in, recommendations and providing solutions of some detail. We would definitely come back as it is a good option to stay and get to know San Nicolas or just rest.

The apartment is quite central, a quiet area. You can leave the car in the street without problems since the accommodation does not have an exclusive garage for the guest. A suitable place to rest with all the comforts, it is very well used and very well preserved. Shops all around the block for those who don't travel by car, there is a supermarket in front and on the same street, ice cream shop, pizzeria, warehouse, etc. They accept pets, a very important point for us. Access to the apartment is by climbing stairs, which is important for those with reduced mobility. Rafael gives you complete autonomy at check-in and check-out, which we thought was brilliant. Anyway, he was always available by message to help us with what we needed.

The spectacular accommodation, with a very nice view of the river. Comfortable and very complete environments. The area is very quiet and pleasant to walk around. The hosts (Antonella and Laura) are super friendly and attentive at all times. I would definitely come back!

The house is very comfortable. In an area of absolute silence and no shops nearby to go on foot.. but it was what we were looking for. The shower water at night came out without much pressure. Everything else is very good. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Excellent for disconnecting for a few days
