Apartment holiday rentals in San Miniato

Lorenzo’s place was perfect for our Tuscan vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, and the view from the pool was beautiful. He greeted us with wine, sauce and oil that he made, that were all delicious. Our kids loved the pool and it was within walking distance to a very cool village. Great location for a drive to Florence, Lucca, Pisa and many Tuscan villages. Would love to come back one day!

We had a short but great stay. Very helpful and friendly hosts with lots of recommendations prior to arriving. Beautiful, comfortable and very clean home. Lots of extra touches like, slippers, eye mask, toiletries, little treats, drinks and a map. Only 5 mins from airport on the Pismover to pisa Centrale station which and then less than 5 min walk to apartment. Clear easy instructions provided by host. Ideally located to explore Pisa which is all walkable. Station very convenient for day trips, we went to Cinque Terre and Florence which are both about an hour on the train but lots of other areas to explore. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was spotless—easily the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the center of all the action, but still feels like a peaceful escape. Each morning, we stepped out the back balcony to the sounds of birds and a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always just a message away. If you’re heading to San Miniato, do yourself a favor and book this place.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Great stay in a wonderfully quiet place. The swimming pool is great and the apartment itself is very spacious. Cristina is very attentive and responds quickly. I would definitely recommend this!

We were very happy with this rental. The pictures were dead on. Kitchen perfect for making coffee and keeping your items cold in the fridge. 2 bathrooms were ideal as the bedroom was the entire upper floor. When I return to Florence this is where I wish to stay. Thank you Edoardo

What a fantastic apartment! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s in a great location (most main attractions a 10 min walk or less) It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very secure and felt safe when arriving home late at night. The balcony was just wonderful with a stunning view of the Duomo. Very special in the early morning. We were welcomed by Paula who was very friendly and helpful with letting us drop our bags into the apartment before our check in time. This was a welcome relief after a long morning of travelling and meant we could explore the city more freely. Thank you so much Giulio & Veronica! Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
