Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in San Miguel

The area is quiet, there are supermarkets nearby. The room was perfect, the other tenants are super friendly. It's definitely like being at home.

The room was very clean and tidy, as were the toilets. The only thing was that to go to the bathroom, I had to go through a space with several people who were working in the star room, and the room didn't have space to store my clothes.

I stayed a month with Sara and her son Salvador, I felt so good that I decided to extend my stay with them. Both are discreet, but at the same time you can breathe a "home" atmosphere. The icing on the cake is Sonia, the lady who comes to take care of the house three times a week. Not to mention the three kittens who live in the house (: Close to all the most touristy areas, I highly recommend staying at Sara's. I'm still here with them :)

Very nice location, great value for price, very committed and friendly host. Priscilla and her husband were always willing to help and solved issues that came up quickly.

The place was just like the photos, the kitchen utensils super complete, the beds were very good. Maybe as a recommendation I would add a little chairs to the terrace, but then everything is super good!!!!

The stay was excellent. Everything was like the publication. Ale is a super host. Super recommended

Good large apartment, much bigger than I expected: big living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Great TV & internet. Kitchen is good too, I cooked a lot. There is a Wong supermarket around 10 mins walking, which I recommend. Jessica was great as a host, she let me use the parking spot :) The only issue I had was the location, before booking it showed that it's on a small street close to the park; in reality, it's on a large street, further from the park. Gladly you can't hear the road noise because it's on a high floor. BUT there is a huge construction right across the road, right in front of the windows and that thing is really noisy :( I know it's out of Jessica's control, of course. But it would be unfair not to mention it.

Excellent place, a large apartment and very comfortable for the family. The area is safe. The location was perfect for us who had a work activity but it is far from the tourism sector (although with the amount of taxis and the price it was no problem)

Tod was perfect, the rooms were spacious, everything was clean and very good location, nothing bad to say

This is our 4th or 5th time staying in this apartment and we love it. Apartment is wonderful and in a great location. Hugo is always responsive through the AirBNB app and Anyi is always a great help. Off street secure parking and private elevator that opens directly to the apartment is a big plus.

I communicate with Mrs. keyla, the apartment was impeccable, just as seen in the photos, and the location could not be better, close to the open plaza atocongo. Keyla was friendly and always ready to help us with whatever we needed. I recommend it! Thank you for everything!

Love the location from restaurants to tons of bars and coffee shops we will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering coming to Lima Peru! Also walking distance to the beautiful parks Miraflores has to offer. I left and I’m already booking my trip to this same apartment.. Thank you!

Everything was fine

Roxana is a really friendly host, she invited me to have diner and showed me the neighbourhood. I had all the spacious apartment for myself. It was a perfect stay, I recommend it if you want to stay in that zone.

Alejandro was kind and helped me at all times, the apartment is located in a central area.

Oscar's house was a beauty, homely and just about everything you need for a full home getaway. Location is decent with the main attractions in Lima only about 20 soles cab ride away. We had a great stay in his house, which was very safe as well. Thanks oscar!

The place is fantastic. Large and spacious house and very well located near the JK park, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment for being very large makes everything much more delicious, and the furniture is very good. I felt at home and I definitely recommend the place. The host was still very kind to me throughout the stay, so I say it was worth the investment.
