Townhome holiday rentals in San Miguel County

Great house!! All 3 rooms are great and equally nice. Location is fantastic with a very short walk to the slopes and just few steps away form the middle of town. Private hot tub is great and has views of the slopes. We will be back soon!

We love staying in this centrally located condo! The kitchen was amply stocked for cooking but it was just steps away from restaurants if you didn’t want to be bothered with it! Would definitely stay again!

Very well appointed condo with incredible views of Telluride. Close to the action. Comfortable beds. Heated garage. While it is a ski out condo, the ski-in component is somewhat tricky and requires taking the lower village bypass run with some uphill trekking necessary. There is a small rail car which is supposed to take you up near the condo. However, it has apparently been broken for some time and we are unable to use it.

Had a fantastic stay at this property with 5 friends. House was just as advertised, with stunning views of the mountains and a 30 second walk to the ski out area. There's also a private gondola for the end of the day if you aren't wanting to walk back up the hill to the house. Host was extremely responsive (almost always within a couple hours) and helped resolve any questions or requests that came up. Would 100% return for future trips!

1 block to lift 7 made getting to/from the slopes a breeze. 10 minute or so walk to prime time Main Street. We loved the location. While there was room for 5 adults, 4 would have been ideal, just because the sofa isn’t a sofa bed and the loft is a bit tight. Would rent again based on location alone.

The house is amazing! The check in and check out was very easy! Location is awesome and the views are beautiful! Will be back!!!

The space had a good location, met our needs for the week. It was walkable to the city amenities which we loved. The stairs are really narrow, which makes it hard to navigate at times, nonetheless get luggage up and down them. Kitchen was well stocked. The bedroom was difficult to get the temperature controlled, due to the open floorplan, loft that it is in, on the 3rd level. The bed and bedding were not the most comfortable. Overall the space was clean. We had a great mountain view. We loved Telluride. We appreciated some of unexpected amenities that were present in the space that were thoughtful, including a working humidifier and fan.

Easy access to the town. Getting up the slopes was easy as well. We had some first time skiers with us so getting back to our back door wasn’t as easy on the blues but was manageable by day 3. Really enjoyed the property. Great trip and would recommend!

This place was terrific! It was just like described and shown in the pictures. For skiing, the location was fantastic. It's only a 5 minute walk to lift 7 and a 2 minute walk to the grocery store. Loved the nice touch with the welcome bottle of wine, starter coffee, cookies, and hand warmers. Host was super responsive. They responded within minutes of texting them. Parking was just a tad stressful at first but it worked out (no on-site parking, zone A street parking only). The place was very well stocked with amenities (plenty of hand soaps, lotion, dish soap, laundry soap, towels, etc.). They really thought of most everything. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Telluride for anytime of the year.

The stay was really nice, we shared the place with a family friend, a group of 8, ample amount of space, and walkable distance to the town, we never hoped on our car. The host was always available to communicate with any questions. Basic amenities like toilet paper, laundry, kitchen utensils, soap, refrigerator and oven essentials are all available at the place. One thing I do suggest is the host providing instructions for controlling the thermostat at the place, you might run into issues, if you don’t look into that early on. Overall it was a great experience, I would love to come back to this place!

Amazing views. Nicely furnished. Super clean. Short walk up the road to the Chondola for a short ride to mountain village or to the gondola into town. Never moved our car all week. Luke was very responsive when we had a minor issue. Would absolutely return!

We had an awesome stay at Luke’s condo! Upon arrival everything was very clean and they had some very thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine, granola bars and coffee for us. While it’s not a big place it worked well as a base camp for 6 of us, with two people sleeping in the loft. This also made it a great value amidst the other offerings in town
