Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Miguel County

We enjoyed a very comfortable, excellent stay in this well equipped house. Dishes, linens, towels, window coverings, furniture were all of the highest quality; everything was top notch. The location was perfect, with a park right across the street for our toddler, and also a market for quick supply runs. Many restaurants and adult beverage establishments are within walking distance. There are several charging stations for equipment and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Two defined living room spaces allowed our group of 8 adults and one toddler to comfortably spread out and lounge. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and location! Fully stocked residence. We brought a lot of items from home that were not needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have spent a couple more days just to enjoy the view!

There was a small mix up in the entry code, but the support staff worked diligently to fix the problem. The inside of the unit was beautiful and we really enjoyed the kitchen and the hot tub!

The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. We’ve traveled all over the world, but this house tops our list. It far exceeded our expectations: spotless, beautifully appointed, with heavenly beds and an incredible setting. The cozy heated floors, well-designed kitchen with a bonus coffee nook, enchanting primary suite fireplace, and stunning views from every bedroom made our stay unforgettable. We loved the huge deck, hot tub, and light-filled dining area overlooking forest, river, and mountains. Visiting in winter for the kids’ ski school was perfect—coming back to this tranquil wonderland after the bustle of town felt magical. It’s close to great amenities yet surrounded by peaceful BLM land. The kitchen layout was wonderfully functional for multiple cooks, with health-conscious cookware and a second dishwasher in the coffee nook. We explored the land by the river, which was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return in summer to leave the windows open and enjoy the soothing sounds.

Great place to stay! We were secluded and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful surroundings. A couple things to note-there are stairs! We brought our elderly mother and didn’t realize there were flights of stairs to the main floor. Also, there is a house right next door (although we never were bothered by her, she is literally right next door). It’s pretty secluded, so be sure to bring your groceries and enjoy this beautiful home! We would stay again!

This place has tons of space, everything you need to cook (or not), a great homey feel, a deck to chill, plenty of furniture to lounge, and was always warm even in the winter. This place is great!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo and basecamp management were great hosts! They were extremely responsive, communicative, and accommodating of our group. The condo was exactly as described and only about a 5 minute drive from downtown telluride and ~15 minute drive to mountain village. Would highly recommend!

The place is great and exactly as pictured. You do have to pay extra for parking and you can’t park yourself, so expect to have to tip staff. The altitude here got to my son and I and we haven’t experienced that before. The view from the balcony is like Heaven on Earth.

Such a cute and cozy place! It’s in a great location that’s walkable to shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful as well. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable as well.

10/10 stay and would highly recommend! In fact, I even brought my folks and they gave raving reviews as well. Perfect for a family trip, or a romantic getaway. Lee was an incredible host as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff & Leslie’s place. The home was clean, welcoming, nicely decorated and flooded with light and beautiful surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans/glassware, etc. and the living space was cozy and the perfect spot to crash after a busy day. The location, even though not right in town, was still super convenient and we were in town within minutes. Highly recommend this gem and we’d certainly love to return should our travels bring us back to Telluride!

Beautiful condo with incredible mountain views! We stayed in the summer for hiking and loved how peaceful and comfortable the space was. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Great communication from the host—would happily stay again!

Avantstay was responsive and helpful. We arrived early and they were willing to accommodate. Upon arrival the fire alarm began to go off, once I texted they were at the house quickly and able to fix the problem. The views from the master was amazing. Watching the groomers grooming the slopes was so neat! The steamer in the master shower was an added bonus to top off a day on the slopes. Shopping and restaurants are all walkable with multiple choices.
