The whole apartment is impeccable, the place is close to the Movistar Arena (which is where I went) and I also felt at home.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Would like to say thank you to Jose Ignacio, his apartment is 100% equipped, everything in excellent condition, parking on the premises of the building, close to supermarket, pharmacies, collective locomotion, has everything you need to cook I recommend this apartment I would 😊 definitely rent again

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

The accommodation was amazing, the location was great and we did almost everything on foot. There is a subway station two blocks from the apartment. Everything was very clean, just like the photos, and Johnny was always very helpful, sending recommendations for places to visit, responding quickly and helping us when needed. My partner and I recommend it and would return again! In addition, coffee capsules, condiments and laundry capsules were left as a courtesy.

I loved this place, the location is great, it's about 3 blocks from the Plaza Vespucio Mall and across the street is a leading supermarket. As for the apartment itself, the decoration is very nice, everything is tidy and it has a beautiful view of the mountain range. The apartment is very warm, even though there is no heating, it was not necessary and we were perfect. If you need to stay in that area, totally recommended.

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
