Great location for doing both Tuscany activities and Florence. Great recommendations by Silvia and always responsive. It was a great stay and we had great amenities.

Excelente estadía, ¡superó mis expectativas! Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y se veía tal como en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y el lunar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La ubicación fue perfecta! Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre disponible para responder cualquier duda y brindar recomendaciones locales. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente!

Der Hof von Claudia und Alessandra war für uns ein kleines Paradies! Die Unterkunft ist charmant eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, die landschaftliche Umgebung ist idyllisch, der Pool super erfrischend, die Ruhe auf dem Hof sehr erholsam und die Nähe nach Scandicci und Florenz praktisch. Wir hatten - mit verschiedenen Ausflügen - tolle Tage in der Toskana und haben uns immer gefreut, zurück auf den Hof zu kommen oder dort auch morgens erst mal ganz gemütlich in den Tag zu starten. Wir würden sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Silvia and Massi are amazing and thoughtful hosts. Their place is beautiful and a great location if you’re looking to visit Florence, Pisa, and Vinci. The food, the views, the hospitality make it a great experience to invest in, especially the espresso.

What a gem of a place! It’s in a quiet area, yet still close enough to Florence. The home has everything you need, and Giacomo has been a fabulous host. I’d definitely stay here again - next time with friends :)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. The check-in process was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Wir waren 2 Nächte bei Tom.Die Unterkunft bei Tom war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles prima erklärt und trotz der heißen Temperaturen in Florenz war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir die fast lautlose Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Mit der Tram, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt , ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, so dass man auch mittags in der Mittagshitze, noch mal einen Abstecher wieder in die Wohnung machen kann, um sich auszuruhen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Allerdings sollte man nicht direkt vor dem Apartment halten, um die Koffer auszuräumen, der Nachbar ist sehr unfreundlich. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe der Wohnung genug, ebenso kleine Cafés, Supermärkte und alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

we had a very good experience. it was a nice apartment with modern amenities. about 10-20 minute walk from major attractions, yet away from all the hustle and bustle. the hosts were very responsive. I would recommend the pool place.

We loved our time at Colle del Sole. Valentina and her family were very warm and welcoming and you could tell they loved taking care of their property and their guests. Valentina was above and beyond helpful with local recommendations and even helping with reservations. The pool area was very pleasant and just as pictured in the photos. Getting to the train station and then into Florence was very easy. Everything was just as we expected and we will recommend this property to anybody we know that wants to visit the area.

We were a group of 10 staying Friday to Sunday at the villa. It is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious and the common areas perfect for a large group. It was very clean throughout. The kitchen is well designed and easy to use for a crowd. We deployed the large BBQ for a meal at home on the first evening. A cocktail, a steak and a view of the rolling hills - how charming! I would strongly recommend renting a car or cars because the village is some walk away. There is a large and well stocked Co-op about 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Giulia on behalf of the host was simply brilliant. She was very responsive and helpful, and full of good recommendations. I would not hesitate to endorse this property and its management - we had a brilliant stay and would happily come back again.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus von Silvio und Margherita mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern (5 und 6 Jahre) verbracht. Die Hosts waren immer gut und schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus liegt inmitten von Weinbergen und man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Drumherum gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants, die mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar sind. Der Garten ist süß gestaltet, man teilt ihn sich aber mit zwei anderen Nachbarn. Den eigenen Gartenabschnitt und Pool hat man jedoch für sich alleine. Das Haus war sauber, jedoch sehr hellhörig (was uns nicht gestört hat). Ein paar Möbel könnten mal erneuert werden (hat uns aber nicht eingeschränkt und wirkt ein bisschen authentisch ;-) Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. La cucina ben attrezzata, la camera da letto con materasso e cuscini molto comodi, il bagno molto spazioso e soprattutto estremamente pulito, come in generale tutta la casa, pulitissima e profumatissima. La casa inoltre rimane molto fresca, nonostante le temperature elevate che abbiamo trovato durante il nostro soggiorno. Si trova in collina a due passi da Firenze, in un borgo super tranquillo circondato da ulivi. Irene è stata sempre gentile e molto disponibile anche a darci consigli su un meccanico in zona in quanto abbiamo avuto problemi con la nostra auto. Unico piccolo appunto: purtroppo si sentono i “rumori” provenienti dal piano di sopra… chi non è mattiniero, potrebbe essere svegliato.

Alloggio unico e dotato di tutte le comodità. Area piscina e barbecue valgono il soggiorno.

Spontan gebucht. Und problemlos kurzfristig alles nötige regeln können. Federico ist unaufgeregt kommunikativ und kann den Aufenthalt mit guten Empfehlungen verfeinern. Die Lage ist besonders. Der Ort hat wine gute Wirkung auf Körper und Gemüt. WeiläuAbgelegen aber nicht weit zum einkaufen oder zu Restaurants. Ein schöner Pool. Geschmackvolle Räumlichkeiten. WlanJunckies könnten manchmal mit dem netz etwas hadern aber das Gesamtbild wird dadurch nicht geschmälert. Alles was sonst nötig ist,ist vor Ort oder wird von Federico prompt besorgt. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Florenz oder im Chianti. Jede Menge auch rustikale trattorias,Winzer und Oliven Bauern in der Nähe.

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, il y'a tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. La piscine est très agréable. Luciana est très réactive, toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Posizione strategica per chi ama la tranquillità e vuole visitare Firenze ed i dintorni. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comforts, compreso il giardino, situazione ideale per chi, come noi, ha un cane. Per raggiungere Firenze c'è la possibilità di lasciare l'auto in un comodo parcheggio gratuito ( a ca. 15 minuti in auto dall'abitazione) e prendere il tramvia. Con €1.70 e altri 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Massimo è stato gentile, disponibile e soprattutto comprensivo quando abbiamo dovuto anticipare di un giorno la partenza a causa di un serio contrattempo.
