Apartment holiday rentals in San Marcos

We didn’t want to leave. This host is extremely thoughtful with all that you could use on vacation. My husband and my 15month old accompanied me on this adventure to the beach. Just a few blocks away we loaded up our wagon and just enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities around. Besides being the perfect location, this Airbnb was well stocked including a High chair and pack n play for the baby. No clutter around other than a few tasteful decorations we were able to put up so baby couldn’t reach them. The cleaners have done an amazing job at every inch of the home, to the extent that I felt comfortable with my infant roaming around. We will be saving this booking for future use because it was beyond my favorite place to stay. As per the host, they are responsive kind and understanding. It was perfect for what we needed. I saw the reviews and it did has a funky smells every time we when back to the rental, but with the room spray was fix. I guess the cleaning people din’t put toilet paper but sed was so quickly to fix it and deliver toilet paper. I like that it had everything from stove to laundry room . I would go back . Me and my boys enjoy the cute little place . Thank you!

We had a great stay! The place was peaceful and perfect for two people. It was clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and just a short walk to the beach. Super convenient to both Encinitas and La Jolla, which made exploring the area super easy. A really nice little spot.

Gorgeous location with well maintained landscaping. Abundance of wildlife and it was a treat to listen to the birds every morning. The apartment is very functional, well maintained with nice finishing touches. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Rosaura is also a very gracious and helpful host. I highly recommend the place!

This is a wonderful stay and I will be back for sure. It was the perfect getaway to rest and relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. The room being so close to the water is spectacular!! I got lost in thought just hearing the waves.

Absolutely loved the place I adjusted so well such a nice cozy place away from home :) everything listed is there and every amenity was helpful definitely worth to stay at if you want a nice sunny cozy home with lots of natural light for a fun vacation and definitely memorable one !

I stayed at Touch of Tuscany with my parents while visiting the area and it was exactly as described. Paul's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and go outside with a cup of coffee and take in the amazing view. Paul was responsive and friendly, my parents and I felt right at home.

Location, location, location. This unit is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything the Village of La Jolla has to offer, from the coves and the park to the walking trails along the bluff and all the cafes, shops, eateries and bars along the way. Well appointed space, clean and comfortable; I made use of the beach towels and sunscreen provided which was appreciated. Host was responsive which is always a plus.

The apartment was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week away. The beach was walking distance and the host provided easy to carry chairs for the walk over. The space was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The host was really friendly, responsive in the chat and gave clear instructions for check-in/out as well as all the available items for use on the property. Loved it, wouldnt hesitate the book again

Airbnb was just like the pictures and how it was described. It was great walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. It was clean and tidy upon arrival.

Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

We had a great stay . We were close to the beach and there were games to play at the house which worked well for our needs.

5-star Airbnb and host, parking/entry was simple and easy, Renee is 100% responsive, and it’s clear this host cares that you have a great stay. The place is as described, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds with THE SOFTEST SHEETS/PILLOWCASES EVER, and nice extra touches. Bright and light, quiet at night, 1.5 bathrooms, and close to beach and coastal towns.

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

The rental overlooks gorgeous rolling hills and has balcony space on two sides with phenomenal views from the many windows. The host was very communicative without being intrusive and it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. We also appreciated the little touches to make it feel more comfortable and homey like the plants and paintings.

Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

We LOVED this condo! The views are amazing! The place is clean and so cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we've had in a rental. I especially loved the griddle and large pots! The owners are kind and responsive. The neighbors are also very nice. We did not want to leave. I hope we get the chance to come back!

Aubrey's place was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but still within walking distance from all of our favorite places in Oceanside.

Cy’s place was perfect for a 4-day getaway. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, and we enjoyed hanging out and watching the surfers. It’s walkable to so many places in La Jolla! We walked to so many amazing restaurants like El Pescador and Trilogy Sanctuary. I took a work meeting from the coffee shop on the corner, the courtyard, and the kitchen, and WiFi worked great everywhere. Quiet hours start at 10p so we stayed in one night and used the hot tub. The bed was super comfy and the shower head was amazing. Cy is very responsive, and I really appreciated his flexibility with finding a place to keep our bags for a few hours after checkout. It really was a wonderful experience!

A little piece of beach heaven is how I would describe this place! We came with our two littles .They had toys to use, a crib, a high chair and most of all a safe patio to accommodate our family. The beds were so comfortable which is great since we both have back pain. The front room is large to dance, play and chase kids. The kitchen was easy to use and full size fridge helps! The bathroom was very clean and made us feel comfortable using all the amenities. The whole place was very clean without any dust bunnies hiding out. The patio made us feel secluded in our own little oasis. The lights, fireplace & outdoor speakers made it a magical experience! The Location is at the end of the shopping strip so it was quiet at night. We will be back and plan on using the bikes and the beach amenities that way we can pack less! A home away from home, close to the beach is all we wanted for this first trip as a family to San Clemente. We definitely got more than we asked for! Thank you so much!
