Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

Apartment suitable both for visiting Bologna and for attending concerts/events at the Unipol Arena, with convenient free parking right below the house. Alessandro is a host to trust with his eyes closed, for his apartment he really thought of everything: bottles of water in the refrigerator, Nespresso pods, tea, cables to charge the smartphone and even a small welcome gift for guests. Very comfortable beds and pillows. For travelers, all of this is really appreciated. Communication with Alessandro was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

It is a very nice and comfortable place. The historic center is very close, so it is a great advantage. Lucia was very kind and gave us local recommendations to enjoy a delicious gelato. You just have to be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling. I highly recommend it

This location is ideal because it is just steps away from shopping and restaurants, but once you enter the building it all falls away and you have privacy and air conditioned peace. It’s is just over a mile walk to the train station where we took day trips to Venice and Florence.

I absolutely loved this apartment! I stayed for a week while working remotely and exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better base. The internet was super fast and completely reliable, perfect for digital nomads like me. The natural light and large windows made the space feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially comfortable and convenient. I was visiting during a very hot summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just steps away from all the main tourist spots. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, and I loved strolling under the beautiful Bologna porticos. Federico was beyond kind and thoughtful. He also shared a list of local food recommendations, and every single place I tried was a 10/10. You can tell he really cares about helping his guests have the best experience in Bologna. Andrea’s apartment is wonderful and perfect for a few days in Modena. Close to everything, from Piazza Maggiore to Piazza Sto Stefano or the train station and also with very nice places nearby. The flat was clean, bright, spacious and the internet was excellent. A+

Elisabetta's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay. The house is very beautiful and matches the description and photos perfectly. The owners Marco and Elisa have always been available and attentive to our questions. Since the house is in the mountain, the only small negative point would be the road leading directly to the house which is a bit complex (uphill and with tight turns). However, this remains only one detail in view of the comfort of the house and the beauty of the place.

It was very local and out in the countryside 700m up the mountain. Lovely nature, birds singing, very local, no tourism.

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.
