Apartment holiday rentals in San Lazzaro di Savena

Lidia is a very warm and helpful host. Her apartment is located just outside the city centre, but is easily accessible by bus. The accommodation is wonderful, very clean and well maintained. There is even a tiny secret garden. We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bologna. In short, we arrived with a smile and left with a smile. And we would like to thank Lidia.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Superwohnung, klein, aber fein. Vor allem der kleine Balkon mit der Aussicht über die Dächer und zur Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Servi hat es uns angetan. Früh am Morgen assen wir da unser Frühstück und abends liessen wir den Tag da ausklingen. Tagsüber war es viel zu heiss. Sara hat immer prompt auf unsere Fragen reagiert und gab gute und hilfreiche Auskünfte. Sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

Beautiful, sparkling clean, nicely laid out , fully equipped .. two bathrooms !!! Liked location out of busy area. Dropped our luggage early, which was very nice. ! Very nice bed and linens. Great stay !!

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Wir waren 2 Tage mit 2 Kindern zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und ist sehr schön wohnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden wie z. B. Handtücher, Fön, Geschirrspülmaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es gab eine persönliche Einweisung. Die Menschen in dem Haus waren alle sehr freundlich. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen der Aufenthalt war wunderbar.

Claudia’s apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was new and very well maintained. Really appreciated that all needs were considered and provided for and there was no clutter. Claudia and Aldo were very welcoming and helpful with local information, and great at communicating. We loved the area and exploring the origins of the famous Parmigiana, Parma ham , bolognaise and Balsamic vinegar, plus the great wines.

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce, très spacieux et propre. Cadre paisible et très agréable. Gianluca et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L'alloggio in cui siamo state ospitate era in zona centrale, comoda, corrispondente alle foto ed alle descrizioni. Alloggio pulito ed ordinato. Fabio si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, rispondendo sempre in maniera puntuale e fornendo utilissimi consigli. Tornei qui senza alcun dubbio.

Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Antonella und Vincenzo sind sehr liebe, hilfsbereite und herzliche Menschen. Das Haus war super sauber und lag inmitten der Natur – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen 🥰

Mein Mann und ich waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, ruhig, mit vielen netten Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Zentraler geht es eigentlich nicht mehr und auch der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht und die Fenster gehen in einen schönen ruhigen Innenhof. Wir werden bestimmt wieder hier wohnen, wenn es uns wieder nach Bologna verschlägt. Danke Valentina!

Nicole’s apartment is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful city of Ferrara. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay and is so central that it’s easy to walk to all the main attractions. Nicole is an excellent and helpful host. We look forward to coming back for a longer visit.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

Vi trivdes utmärkt i lägenheten! Allt var rent och fint och läget utmärkt för att utforska Bologna. Då sommarvärmen ute var tryckande var lägenheten sval med sin air condition. Guiseppe var mycket trevlig och svarade snabbt på våra frågor. Sista kvällen besökte vi restaurang Il Passatello di Bologna där vi fick en mycket fin och genuin italiensk matupplevelse. Stort tack!

Grazie per questo soggiorno, che per sfortuna abbiamo dovuto accorciare. L'appartamento è bello calmo, pulitissimo e comodo. Si trova vicino alla stazione dove si può prendere il treno per Bologna, eppure al piede dei colli bolognesi che sono proprio la campagna a due passi della città. Anna si è mostrata gentilissima di accoglierci mentre siamo arrivati in ritardo di sera.

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment was not only spotless but also super cool in style — such unique decor and a cozy vibe. The pool was a dream, especially on warm days. And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento esaustivo, immerso nel verde con massima privacy e dotata di ogni comfort per rilassarsi al meglio. Host gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. Assolutamente da provare la piscina al coperto! Esperienza stra consigliata ,tornerò sicuramente.

Miejsce jest cudowne, piękne widoki z każdej strony. Mieszkanie również piękne i wykończone w świetnym stylu. Bardzo czysto zarówno w mieszkaniu jak i wokół budynku. Właściciele bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Napewno tam wrócimy!
