Posta sui colli bolognesi is a family B&B. The owners are very kind people, they welcome you to their home and make you feel at ease. The bedroom with bathroom is located inside their accommodation. You can lock the door from the inside for your privacy. The room consists of two single beds, a double bed and a small desk. The house is old, typical of the area, there are exposed wooden beams and dated plaster, but everything is kept in a perfect way. The furniture is not modern but it is in line with the house. The TV is to be requested, it comes with a portable antenna, you can see the RAI channels well, less so the other channels. The private bathroom consists of a recessed shower with curtain, pedestal washbasin, toilet and bidet. Breakfast is the best part, all homemade, genuine and tasty products. There is an adjacent restaurant from which some kitchen noises come. Parking along the street, but there are few places, and you have to make do.

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

Mauro Laura and Gaia are wonderful hosts. Breakfast outside overlooking the clean pool is the best start for a day. The rooms are sparkling clean and beautiful and lovingly decorated and the beds are comfortable. Mauro gave me good recommendations for restaurants in the area and also told me a lot about Italy's history. The property is about 7 kilometers from Carpi and Modena is 20 minutes away. But it definitely needs a car to reach restaurants, etc., because it is too far away from everything on foot. On my departure, Gaia still gave me her delicious, homemade lemon cake, so nothing could go wrong.

We enjoyed our stay at Etienne's place. It's in a great location, relatively quiet and is a lovely space. A few points to note: 1. The room is very hot even with the fan on (and we're Australian so understand what hot feels like). 2. If you're really tall, you may struggle to use the toilet as when seated your knees are very close to the wall! My husband is 6'2 and he barely fit! 3. I wouldn't consider the breakfast substantial enough to consider the stay a true bed and breakfast, but it is really nice that it's provided. We would stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights in the property, a beautiful garden that we enjoyed, well organized and cared for in detail. Excellent relaxing break! Excellent breakfast, good variety and availability of Ylenn. Ylena and Franco are excellent hosts, very kind in providing us with information on the restaurants in the area (excellent!) room with private bathroom, with all the comforts, the only downside is the presence of the bathtub in the lower part of the bathroom.

Whether you need a place for few days, or just one night, you can get a good night sleep even if there are parties and celebrations going on all around you. The thick walls cancel out any outside noise, so your beauty sleep won’t get interrupted. And once you wake up from your deep sleep you have a breakfast waiting for you in the minibar at your room. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Absolutely recommended! Nina is a wonderful host and I had a fantastic stay. I booked a double room for myself at very short notice and Nina made this possible immediately and easily. She was very nice and accommodating. The place itself is a dream. The room was not only sparkling clean, but also first-class and very tastefully furnished. The bathroom is particularly noteworthy, as it really sets standards in terms of cleanliness. The location in a quiet mountain village is perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and enjoying the silence. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend a stay with Nina. We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 pm. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, super clean and well furnished. The kitchen and living room where we had breakfast, in the morning were also beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruits, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds...Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on the hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

Beautifully renovated farmhouse. The bedroom and bathroom were new and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The property is located in a quiet place, with a green park around it that makes you disconnect from the city as soon as you arrive. The owners are kind and helpful for any request. Breakfast is varied with genuine homemade products. They provided us with water, coffee, tea and chocolates in the room, which is not to be taken for granted! The property also has a restaurant 5 minutes away by car, where we ate very well. We will definitely be back!

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

We stayed for one night and were more than happy with it. The apartment was very modern, comfortable and spotless clean. Linda was a very nice host and very helpful regarding our check-in. The house is located just 5 minutes by car outside of Maranello in a small and private village, which provided for a safe parking for the car. It was very convenient and perfect for anyone who travels to Maranello for Ferrari-related things. Thank you and see you again!
