The place is well located, it is very quiet and it is a good option if you want to meet videños, peña de Berna or the center of Tequisquiapan. It is inside a residential complex and outside of it there is an Oxxo and a supermarket where we could buy several items for our stay. Nacho is always on the lookout and attentive to any doubts or problems that may arise. Even before we arrived The facilities are as shown in the photographs. We would definitely go back to this place

For my taste, it's very close to the center, and it really has room for 3 cars. Tidy and good-sized bedrooms. We had an excellent weekend, I would definitely return.

The location is perfect, it makes you relax after a day full of activities in the vineyards or in Bernal, it coincided with the Art, Cheese and Wine Festival in Tequisquiapan, we were close to everything and at the same time away from the noise and bustle of the people. I will definitely rent it again for my next visit.

The house is very nice, comfortable and has everything to enjoy your stay. Santiago is super attentive and everything is wonderful. Each space super clean. It is a quiet, safe and quiet area, where you rest super well. But it's so close to the center that you have everything next door. Next time I go to Tequis I will stay here again, I really liked it. (The house is the same as the photographs)

All the areas of the house are larger than what you see in photos, it is a very quiet area, the house has everything you need if you do not want to go out and spend the weekend there, and the service is immediate, we will definitely return.

It's a very nice house to spend a relaxed weekend with beds for everyone! You must go with the idea that it is a private subdivision and there are rules to follow.

Highly recommended for spending quality time with the family. The pool has a very pleasant temperature and the house has many amenities to have a great time (pool table, foosball, ping pong, barbecue). Hosts are always very friendly and always available.

The accommodation is spacious and has plenty of areas to socialize with large groups. It's a beautiful home It is very comfortable because each room has its own bathroom. Araceli's service is spectacular and she's always attentive to guests. The location is privileged, just a few minutes walk from the center. The only thing to take into account is that the house next door has roosters and chickens that can be very annoying at night, but with sleeping plugs, the problem is solved.

It is a beautiful house in a very safe and enclosed area. Definitely a great option for a trip to Tequisquiapan, just 10 minutes away by car.
