From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de maravilla, al apartamento no le falta detalle, muy limpio y ordenado, ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Carmen, la anfitriona, una bella persona, muy atenta y amable. Lo recomendamos 100% , nosotros repetiremos !!!!

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans leur logement : tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

Estancia muy agradable. El alojamiento inmejorable. Las vistas desde el ventanal espectaculares. Muy bien situado para recorrer la isla. Tienes bares,restaurantes, supermercados cerquísima. Por la noche solo escuchas el mar. El aparcamiento imposible, pero tienes la opción por poco más de parking privado, algo que recomiendo. Es de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. Eugenia es muy amable. Está a tu disposición cuando la necesitas. Alojamiento y anfitriona perfectos.

The apartment was really great! It had everything you need, including a nice beachview from the terrace. We would choose it again.

Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares: amanecimos cada día con el Atlántico en primera fila y, por la noche, dormir con el sonido del mar resultó tremendamente relajador. Aunque el clima matinal no siempre acompañó, despertar contemplando el océano compensó con creces. La descripción del anuncio coincide al 100 % con lo que encontramos y dispone de todo lo necesario para prepararte algo ligero; además incluye un práctico pack playero, así que no necesitas comprar extras. La falta de cobertura móvil ayuda a desconectar, y la fibra es potente para “whasappear”. ¡Gracias, Nazaret, por tu atención y por un check-in/check-out sencillísimos!

Maria przyjęła nas bardzo ciepło, przygotowała poczęstunek, oprowadziła po budynku i pokazała mieszkanie. Mieszkanie ma przygotowane udogodnienia tak, jak byśmy byli u siebie - deska do prasowania, żelazko, parownica, kawa, najpotrzebniejsze przyprawy, szczoteczki do zębów, szlafroki, kapcie, ręczniki. Przepiękny widok z balkonu, wieczorami korzystaliśmy z hamaka i podziwialiśmy zachody słońca. Obawialiśmy się braku klimatyzacji, ale w tej części wyspy nie była w ogóle potrzebna :)

Tolle Wohnung in wirklich hervorragender und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Innenstadt und Strände und wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung selbst großzügig, sauber und hell. Meeresrauschen bei offenem Fenster. Juan war überaus freundlich und gab hilfreiche Tipps zur Erkundung von Puerto de la Cruz. Sehr hilfreich und empfehlenswert ist auch die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz beim Host anzumieten.

Nous avons passé de nouveau un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement, un cadre magnifique, un confort optimal et une ambiance chaleureuse. Tout était parfait pour des vacances de repos, du confort à l'emplacement Nous envisageons déjà de revenir et nous nous réjouissons à l'idée de revivre de nouveau cette merveilleuse expérience. Encore une fois, un grand merci pour cette expérience.

Super einfache Kommunikation und einfacher Checkin. Überaus hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Zu 100% zu empfehlen. Alles super 🤩🤩🤩

Place was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday! Pool area was clean and tidy and all amenities were in good working order. The neighborhood was friendly and had everything we could’ve needed. Very responsive hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would visit again!!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description. C'est un endroit paisible avec une vue magique sur la mer , la montagne et la bananeraie. Macu est réactive et attentionnée. Nous ne l'avons vu qu'une fois pendant notre séjour mais l'échange a été très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui permet de visiter Tenerife facilement loin du tourisme de masse.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und vor allem der Blick auf das Meer ist einzigartig. Die Kommunikation verlief immer einwandfrei und bei Fragen mussten wir nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Wir können die Unterkunft von Karl-Heinz nur empfehlen. :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Tenerife! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jose was a wonderful host — very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Tenerife!

To był najlepszy apartament w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Piękny wystrój mieszkania, niesamowity widok z balkonu, cicha sypialnia. Apartament był bardzo czysty, pościel świeża i pachnąca. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Duży plus za pralkę. W sypialni i salonie wiatraki sufitowe. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, z dala od głośnych uliczek z restauracjami. Miejsca parkingowe na długości całej ulicy. Wieczorem dużo miejsc się zwalniało i mogliśmy parkować przed samym wejściem do apartamentu. W odległości 5 minut samochodem Mercadona i Lidl. Fantastyczny kontakt z Agne sprawił, że wycisnęliśmy z naszego pobytu 100%. Z przyjemnością odwiedzimy te miejsce ponownie. Wystawilibyśmy 10 gwiazdek gdyby się tylko dało 🙂 Dziękujemy za pobyt w tym miejscu.

Christian a été très proactif pour nous envoyer les instructions et de bonnes adresses. La vue est très sympa. L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, le canapé a été changé 🙂 Très bien équipé, machine à laver et lave vaisselle avec doses, très appréciables. À savoir, l'appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Les environs sont très calmes, mais l'insonorisation dans la résidence est assez légère, on entend facilement les voisins. Je pense que nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de chance, mais le ciel était toujours couvert avec pas mal de vent (début juin), alors qu'en faisant 30min de voiture, on retrouvait le soleil et la chaleur. La ville est assez petite et peu animée, pour les personnes souhaitant du calme, c'est très bien, sinon il vaut mieux faire un peu de voiture pour visiter les environs. À 1h-1h20 des randonnées du Teide, à 1h de los Gigantes et de Puerto de la Cruz, l'emplacement est bien si vous aimez bouger 🙂

У нас было замечательное времяпровождение, по запросу администрация устроила романтику к нашему приезду - цветы, вино, фрукты, лепестки роз. Вид шикарный на океан, джакузи классная, классно очень после активного дня. Расположение шикарное, в тихом месте, но в пешей доступности к городу и классным кафе

We really enjoyed our stay here! Three relaxing nights at the end of our trip. We didn't have amazing weather to make the most of the terrace, but loved sitting in the living room window looking out to sea. The outdoor shower was amazing, loved it! The inside was more spacious than we were expecting, the layout was great and the restoration of this home really impressive. We weren't expecting the main road in front of property to be so busy, however the sound of the sea mostly masked the noise of the traffic.
