Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan County

This is a great get away for anyone traveling to or through Silverton. Host was very responsive, easy check in, and very clean home. The location is great, as well as the home being extremely well supplied. We will be back!

We were very happy with our stay. Silverton is always beautiful in the fall. The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of rooms and a nice large kitchen. Centrally located just a short walk to main street and right by the trains while they are in town. A favorite for our group. We will be back

Five star stay! Lovely little spot to call home for a few days while exploring Telluride and the surrounding area. Looking forward to staying here again.

Really awesome house in the middle of town but also quiet and peaceful. Perfect combination. Walkable to all the restaurants.

Best place to stay. Our Host was great to communicate with prior to our stay answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was well furnished with plenty of towels, cookware, extra refrigerator, a large washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could want. There were also lots of board games to keep our kids entertained as well as a swimming pool that was just a few steps away. We rented skis from Performance Skis which is near the Condo without the hassle and long lines of renting at the resort. I can't say enough about how great this condo and our Host was. We look forward to staying here again next year.

We had the best time with our family and the house was perfect. The fall colors were amazing with many pictures to show for it.

The house was great! It was very cute and close to spots in town that we wanted to go to. It was larger than we expected, which was awesome! The stairs were quite creaky, which made for loud mornings, but that is to be expected with an old house. We had an issue with the coffee pot and Angela was very responsive. I would definitely recommend the house!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It made the trip to Telluride even more special. The town itself is absolutely stunning, and being able to walk everywhere from the Airbnb made things so easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Telluride!

Beautiful condo with incredible mountain views! We stayed in the summer for hiking and loved how peaceful and comfortable the space was. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Great communication from the host—would happily stay again!

We loved our stay! Perfectly located near all the fun things in town, comfy beds, and nice living room space to hang out with friends after skiing. Loved the huge windows perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend!

Aimee’s place was perfect for our long weekend! Her directions made the place really easy to find, and she was very responsive and helpful. We loved the location, it was a very quick walk to downtown and was steps away from a really nice walking path. The place had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We loved sitting on the patio for breakfast listening to the creek. We would love to stay at Aimee’s place again!

We had a wonderful time in Telluride!!! Location was great!! It was the perfect location and space for our little family!!!

Great location. We loved Telluride and this was really convenient. The bed was an adventure for someone in their 60s as it is chest height and required climbing a small ladder to access. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very comfortable and safe. Never heard any other people or loud noise. Surrounded by beautiful trees and great parking.

Simple place and good value in Telluride. Liked having a parking space and the parking lot always had a spot for us in the evening. Communal hot tub was nice. One block from free bus route was nice.

Great place. So walkable and accessible to everything, even though it’s tucked away in a private setting. Parking was easy too. The free shuttle stop is only a couple blocks away. The big hot tub was a great amenity, so don’t skip that! Condo had everything you need and we really appreciated the yummy coffee! Andrew was helpful and a great host.

Fabulous spot and exactly as described- we walked everywhere including the market and we were able to do a load of laundry which was helpful Highly recommend!

Brian's place was nicely remodeled and very conveniently located in the middle of it all! It had everything we needed. The place was super clean and well stocked. Only complaint was parking is not guaranteed- the complex's parking lot was full most of the time so we would have to park on the side streets and move our car type thing. Otherwise, this place is amazing! And the host, Brian, was super friendly and communicative!

We had a beautiful, peaceful stay and were sad we couldn't stay longer! Rachel's place was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. And the bed was SO comfortable! It's a great location right near the river and a very short walk to the Main Street. I highly recommend this stay!

Joni’s space was comfortable and conveniently located in downtown Telluride.

Our family stayed at Susan and Navid's condo for the Telluride Hot Air Balloon Festival. The unit was in a great location just off Colorado Avenue. All of the town was in walking distance, including shopping, restaurants and access to endless recreation. The unit was very clean, and very well appointed and the two balconies were nice to have. The bedrooms were downstairs, main level, and stayed cool at night. I highly recommend reading the location instructions they provide because it could be difficult to find otherwise. We didn't have any trouble with the instructions. I do recommend this unit for it's location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owners. It will remain on my list for future retnals. We absolutely loved Mike's place during our short stay in Telluride! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—and more. From a hair straightener to measuring spoons, every little detail was considered. The location was perfect, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
