Holiday rentals with beach access in San José

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,de criques, des sentiers de randonnées, et pas loin de la isleta del moro et de ces restaurants. Très central pour visiter la région. Antonio, Maria et leurs 8 chats sont très gentils et accueillants. Un petit bémol sur le samedi soir où la discothèque voisine du Chaman à fait une soirée techno danse pendant plus de 12h. On n'entendait pas la musique mais les basses étaient présentes. On a réussi à bien dormir quand même 😜. On recommande chaudement car c'est vraiment un super endroit .

El apartamento dispone de toda clase de detalles, muy bien ubicado , una zona muy tranquila. Recomendable.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Lien et Gino à Almería. Dès la réservation, ils se sont montrés incroyablement réactifs, proactifs et d’une grande gentillesse. Le condo était impeccable : propre, moderne, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé — rien ne manquait. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle, et l’accès direct à la plage en face du logement est un véritable privilège. Lien a su apporter une touche féminine très raffinée qui rend l’endroit encore plus charmant. C’est un lieu de rêve, où tout invite à la détente et au plaisir. Hemos pasado un fin de semana increíble en este apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Espectacular! La casa increíble, ubicada enfrente( menos de 15 metros) de la mejor playa de Mojácar. Y Paco e Isma un 10. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

Íbamos con ganas de descansar y recargar pilas y desde luego que la casa de Verónica ha sido el lugar ideal. Acogedora, con muchos detalles. La casa es súper fresquita, las camas muy cómodas y la distribución genial. Verónica muy atenta y flexible en lo que hemos necesitado. La zona muy tranquila y la cercanía a la playa sin ser primera línea es cómodo. Hemos podido aparcar perfectamente todos los días. El pequeño patio es un plus para tender, una ducha fría después de la playa y poner las cosas a secar. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Die Unterkunft war schön, der Strand gleich vor der Tür, auf Nachfrage konnten wir auf dem abgeschlossenen Hof parken. Die Lage war wirklich gut und die Terrasse zum Essen und Sonnenuntergang schauen war super. Im Allgemeinen hat man aber gesehen dass die Unterkunft einfach schon ein bisschen "abgewohnt" war. Das war ein bisschen schade. Zudem etwas staubig und die Küche hätte besser geputzt sein können, aber war jetzt nichts wirklich schlimmes. Alex war sehr hilfsbereit und auf Nachfrage war er oder seine Tante zur Stelle.

Très bon séjour, la maison de Sébastien est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Elle dispose d’une petite terrasse sur la rue avec une jolie vue sur la mer mais surtout sur l’arrière, côté cuisine, d’une cour calme entourée des jardins des discrets voisins. Il y fait bon se reposer et dîner. De belles plages dans le parc naturel de Cabo de Gata et aussi quelques jolies randonnées. Sébastien est en sus un hôte réactif Un maison pratique à recommander

Amazing Place with great sea view, incredible beautiful villa, big pool, very stylish house, cozy outside area, very nice and friendly host quick answering to message, easy check in and check out, perfect location next to village but also very private. 100% recommendations!

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

De los mejores alojamientos en cabo de gata! Una casa de 10 Súper limpia Súper equipada

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Encantadora estancia en casa de Friederike y su marido, Joaquín. Su casita independiente, con terraza privada preciosa, lugar silencioso y respetuoso con la naturaleza y los animales. La casa dispone de todo lo esencial y está andando muy cerca del pueblo (10 min). Equipada con ventilador en el salón, estufa para invierno y mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, recomendable llevar algo más para los mosquitos. Pasamos unos días súper tranquilos, son un matrimonio atento, súper amable y nos encantó su cuidado con el entorno y sus gatitos.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Excelente complejo turístico. Bien situado y comunicado coincidente totalmente con la descripción. Casa muy limpia y bien equipada. Perfecto. Cristian, excelente anfitrión, muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. Repetiríamos experiencia.
