The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

We had a great stay! The place was aesthetic and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, billiards table, basketball area, and a beautiful pool with a fountain. Everything was well thought out. The host was very responsive, and even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: there were some mosquitoes, likely due to the rain, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Jez and Rheden’s place! The space was clean, clutter-free, and had everything we needed. Rheden gave us a quick tour and walked us through how to use the equipment, which was super helpful. They were also very responsive and thoughtful, bringing us extra water and the sheets we requested. Just a tip: if you’re used to sleeping in a colder room, you might want to bring your own comforter for added warmth. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Casa La Vie was a great stay for our family. Our hosts Julius and Marietta were very accommodating. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the Metro Manila Skyline view was stunning. The living and dining area could use an AC, and a pool heater would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a lovely experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved how minimalist and simplistic the place was. Not only that, the amenities and facilities are complete. The apartment was very neat and appealing to the eye. I had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s place. For budget travelers or those who would like to immerse in Manila living, this place would be ideal. It is clean, free of clutter, and is walkable to everything. Bear in mind there is no A/C, or fridge, but you probably won’t be able to find any apartment that is of a better value than this. It worked fine for me, especially with the peace of mind Jeremy has given me, always responsive, courteous, a problem solver—one of the best airbnb hosts If I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Meldie’s stay had everything I needed for a solo vacay in Manila 🤗 comfortable bed and pullout couch, had all necessary amenities. You’re right about Venice Grand Canal Mall so if you’re looking for something to do there’s a lot nearby! Was always able to contact the owner with questions and concerns :) shower/ bathroom was clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook at home, and there were extra towels and blankets that helped with my stay.

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.
