First off, Sherwin, the host was a joy to deal with. He is very accommodating even beyond the scope of normal hosting duties. He had helpful recommendations. The house is impeccable and the backyard being the best feature. Very enjoyable stay, we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

This is our second time booking Ms. Dina's place, and I'm sure there will be many more to come. We’ll definitely recommend it to others. It truly feels like home, peaceful neighborhood, cozy atmosphere, and most of all, Ms. Dina is incredibly accommodating. I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

I really enjoyed my stay at the place. Everything was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. Communication with the host was also excellent: fast, friendly and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Ms. Ness was super easy to talk to — booking was really smooth. She replies quickly and everything was straightforward. When we arrived, she just told us where to get the key and that was it. I loved how hassle-free it was, it felt like we were just at home. We arrived late because we came from a concert, but we had no trouble finding the place. There was parking too, which was super convenient. When we got inside, the place was clean, cozy, and quiet — perfect for resting after a long day. Even though it was just a short stay, it was so worth it. The area was peaceful, the bed was comfy — we really got to recharge. Bitin nga! (We wanted more time!) I’ll definitely book here again for the next SB19 concert. Highly recommended, though part of me wants to gatekeep it haha!

This place is very recommendable. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. All the amenities were provided, and everything worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the little touches, like free toiletries, coffee, water and snacks. Especially they have a washing machine so you can easily wash dirty clothes right away. The place is in a great spot—there's a laundry shop, salon, coffee shop, church, and restaurant just around the corner I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.

One of the best accomodations out here in Fairview area/QC. Not only the listing was budget-friendly, the room was also pretty and tidy - perfect for staycation/getaway. It had complete features and essentials. The room itself, the bathroom and the bed linen/towels smell very nice. Everything about this listing was cozy. The neighborhood was also quiet and fairly safe to explore even at night. It's just 10-15 min ride away from SM Fairview or Fairview Terraces. The hosts and their assistant had been very kind and generous (esp regarding flexible check in/out) during the whole stay. Highly-recommended.

Great place to stay and enjoy some quiet time. Add the near proximity to various malls and the La Mesa Eco Park. :)

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcomed and at home – like we were visiting family. Second stay here in my 2 week trip. Lovely and clean again. I requested extra pillows and they were there upon my return. Lovely fresh thick towels in the bathroom. The woman at the front desk was also lovely, always stopped to chat to me or my partner. Another great stay!

Really loved the place. The unit was beautiful and smelled nice, and it was very clean even the bathroom. Plus, it came with free parking. I requested a birthday decorations, and the additional payment was very affordable, we really loved the decorations. Overall, our stay was very worth it.

Although the price per stay is cheap, the unit is beautiful and clean. We were able to relax and truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place for your staycation, and I’m also willing to book again.

The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

We all enjoyed our stay in Raffy’s place. It’s very accessible being located only at the 4th floor, which means convenient if you’re coming with senior. The PS5 and the karaoke are definitely must have entertainment. The place is huge and clean plus pet friendly! The balcony is spacious enough for small gatherings and you can see the wave pool below. If you’re bringing a car, they also have a parking slot so no worries for private parking. It also has a seven eleven convenience store at the building. The host is also very responsive. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had a bad experience with another unit the other day, so we decided to book a new one and we’re so glad we found this place! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so much better. The space looked exactly like the photos, and it instantly gave us a sense of comfort and relief. One of the first things I noticed was the gigantic TV -- it was such a treat to just relax and watch shows. The PS4 was a fun bonus too! The internet was fast and reliable, which made the stay even better. It really helped make up for the disappointment we had before. Mikki was very responsive and polite, and he made sure to explain everything clearly. Ate Aida was warm, cheerful, and incredibly hospitable -- exactly the kind of experience we look for when booking an Airbnb. Plus, the price was super affordable for what we got. We’re definitely recommending this place to friends and family, and we’ll be booking again in the future for sure! 😁
