We really loved the location of this property! We had a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The hotel employees were very friendly. Katie was a very responsive host and described the process and property perfectly. If we ever go to Cabo again, we’d love to stay at her place!

What a gorgeous, spacious villa to spend a week! The balcony is huge and has the most amazing view of the famous Cabo rock formations. Plenty of space for our family with two kids, two parents, and two grandparents. There was privacy and togetherness in one. The pools were the warmest I’ve ever found, and there were 5 hot tubs. Nice to have the kitchen and the grill to feed our family.

The resort is beautiful! There are multiple pools that are well spaced out so you never feel too crowded. The food was excellent and if you are not planning to cook for yourself while there then upgrading to the all inclusive is well worth it as it includes gratuity as well. Make sure to add the all inclusive before arriving otherwise it will cost you more on check in. The suite itself was well kept, spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Wow! This unit is in a beautiful gated complex that is walking distance to town. The grounds are meticulously manicured, the pools are relaxing and refreshing, the staff at the front desk is more than helpful, and Angela was responsive prior to the trip. The unit itself is quite dated but served our family just fine. Angela’s unit is only about 100 yards to the pool and beach, it has more than enough towels and linens, a cooler, umbrella, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and it was very clean. The complex next door is huge and got a bit noisy during the day but it was really quiet in the evenings and at night. We can’t wait to return!

Experience was just like described however upon check-in the Royal concierge, they told us that we need to attend a timeshare presentation because we were guests of the timeshare owners and not owners. That information is completely untrue. You do not need to attend the timeshare presentation.

Great place to stay. I highly recommend this location. I added the all inclusive package on my last day and it was well worth it. The service at Garza Blanca is fantastic.

Loved our stay at La Marina!! It was just EASY. We would request a room on the 2 or 3 floor next time since it's just a bit noisy by the pool and restaurant, but it was barely an issue. We will be back!!

We had the most incredible time in Cabo! The resort was absolutely stunning—every detail was beautiful, from the views to the service. Everything felt so easy and seamless, especially with Patrick. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable with how smooth and stress-free he made everything. We can’t wait to come back!

What a lovely stay we had at Amber’s place! We travelled with 6 ladies for a bachelorette and the place was perfect. Each of us had a room and a bed and a bathroom and privacy, but a really nice kitchen to gather in. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare food and drinks and the location is amazing, its easy walking distance to all the hot spots. The check in was seamless, Amber was friendly and responsive, and finally to add, the pool was a-lot of fun and service was fantastic!! Great drinks and food too! All around a really positive experience, highly recommend and would def stay here again! :)

Our stay at the itinerate oasis was very peaceful and relaxing. Caleb was an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs and any questions. He provided suggestions for food and activities and even helped book a couples message for Valentine’s Day. It’s a nice clean place in a great location. Lots of amenities and the beach is within walking distance. Excellent place to work remotely as we did with consistent dedicated fast wifi and a quality work space with a nice chair, desk, monitor, and accessories. Would definitely stay here agian. My stay was good, they were always attentive to my comments, I rented a car so it was not difficult for me to get there, the only thing that was not so good was the comfort of the beds, but otherwise everything was very good. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Alex was accommodating in getting us set up with the resort! The resort is close to Cabo San Lucas. We usually took a 10-minute Uber into town, but a few times, we decided to walk, which only took about 25 minutes. It's also really close to some great public beaches. I'd recommend Playa Santa Maria and Playa Chileno! Both are great for a day of sunbathing and splashing in the waves, as well as snorkeling. Just look beneath the waves, see beautiful tropical fish or suit up in your wetsuit (if it's cold) and swim further out on the rocks to check out the coral reefs. This resort is very family-friendly! I'd recommend it if you are bringing along little ones. Tons of activities during the day, multiple pools, stage shows at night, and easy beach access on the property. If you're looking for a quiet romantic getaway, there might be a better place.

We really enjoyed staying here for a week away from the kids! But it’s definitely a place we would bring our children to next time. They had so many great amenities for toddlers. Highly recommend purchasing the all inclusive it’s worth it and then some. The restaurants were amazing, especially the steak house. The staff was so sweet at the pool and restaurants. And housekeeping was on top of it everyday, twice a day 10/10 Our only downside to the resort would be that they turn into salesman to try to get you to join them for a 70min breakfast meeting to purchase a residency and they were relentless with it. Especially since you’re a “guest of a member” We just wanted to enjoy our vacation and had to constantly say no every time we ran into them at concierge.

We were there only for one night but the apartment is nice.
