The host was incredibly attentive, promptly responded to all our enquiries and provided help at all times. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it!

Perfect weekend. Ultra private, beautiful, quiet and you can't miss the combination of hot tub + sauna + pool at night. We were going to stay one night and ended up canceling plans to extend another night 😄

The place is very quiet and is ideal if you are looking to disconnect. The spaces were very clean and have everything you need for a carefree stay. Just one thing, indicate the depth of the pool if you're visiting with family and they can't swim, otherwise everything else is perfect. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, the attendees were amazed and enjoyed the pool, nature and the delicious preparations and attentions of César and his team. Everything went very well, just as I expected. Caesar is very concerned that everyone is well, so we saw the details in advance and until the last moment he was making sure that everything was as we had requested. Excellent cabin, it has kitchenware (pots, cutlery, glasses, mugs) for 4 people quietly. Refrigerator spacious, hot water. You must bring towels. We have sheets and bedspreads because we went with our dogs. The patio is very spacious, very rich pool and very comfortable terrace next to the pool. You can walk to the river and spend a rich day there. Felipe is very kind and attentive, always attentive to our needs. I would just add a small armchair in the dining room and everything even more perfect. We will definitely be back, very grateful.

It is well equipped with cookware for roasts or to prepare a rich meal. Communication with hosts was seamless, friendly, and gave us the flexibility we needed on our last day, which is appreciated. Amazing place, everything is very good, very spacious to be with many children, lots of space, a great gazebo and pool. Everything was perfect.

Our stay at the refuge was excellent! The place is super cozy and well prepared for the cold. Great heating, warm bath water and good pressure. The fireplace, with firewood at hand, made the nights even more special — the kids loved roasting marshmallows! The bed is comfortable, the living room is very pleasant and the balcony is a charm to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a great stove and oven. Important: the region is isolated, so you need to bring all the food. When we realized something was missing, Matías was extremely kind and brought what we needed. In addition, he gave us valuable tips on transfers and tours. It was a memorable experience, which we highly recommend!
