The apartment is just as described, very tidy, equipped kitchen, the heating works very well, clean bathrooms, a spectacular view. Arturo correctly describes that they were sofa beds, I didn't have great expectations, but of course, it's not comfortable at all. If you go in winter season, you have a schedule on the way up and down to get to the accommodation, of which we were not aware, I am not from the area and our host did not consider it relevant, when telling him the situation that we had to wait 5 hours halfway to get to the accommodation, he said that "it was not his responsibility". The place is nice and is very close to the ski slopes, in general it is a nice experience except for the sofa beds and the traffic restrictions to get to the accommodation.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, modern and safe. Nice area, close to the Alto Las Condes Mall, bus stop at the door. Sandra is very kind.

11/10 recommend this super cozy 1BD Apartment. We felt right at home also did laundry which we appreciated 100%. It was easy to get to a bunch of places especially with the mall being a 10 minute max walk. Mitchell was so nice too, he helped us check in and explained everything about how certain things work. He even helped us fixed the shortage of power we created by having the US so we didn't know haha! Great stay.

Our stay was excellent! We had to shorten our trip by a day, since one of us was suffering from altitude sickness. Jaime accommodated the reservation change and refunded the day even though it is normally not refundable. We also reserved the hot tub and sauna last minute multiple times, and Jaime was able to accommodate that too! The location is truly ski in ski out.

This was an absolutely lovely studio. We had a great time. The place was so clean and safe.

Great location, for three people it was ok, more than three people would be cramped, very safe, very clean when we arrived, there are plenty of utensils and the host responded super fast. I recommend accommodations for those who will visit Chile in 2 or 3 people!

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Excellent apartment in excellent building and location. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and has everything the description says. Premium linens and towels and all the equipment in general is excellent. Ximena is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about 20 minutes on foot from the main squares and tourist spots. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very solicitous! and his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

Yessika's apartment was very comfortable and spacious, even better than in the photos. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and surrounded by good commercial premises such as a supermarket and business. Jessica was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made the stay even more enjoyable. 100% recommended!

Had a lovely stay at this property. The space was tidy and well-maintained, with nice furniture throughout that made it feel comfortable and homely. The kitchen was particularly impressive - well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a real bonus. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better. Easy access to metro stations, plenty of cafes nearby, and shopping centres within walking distance. The included parking was a massive advantage, especially in this area where parking can be challenging. We had issues with the central heating system, but Roberto very quickly dropped off a heater at the apartment, which was amazing to keep us warm and cozy! Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-located, functional space with great amenities. Would definitely consider staying again.
