My wife and i spent one night of our honeymoon at Ronan's b&b and we had a great evening. The jacuzzi tub and movie screen was very relaxing after a long day. The birds and hummingbirds were beautiful to watch and listen too. I highly recommend this host as everything was clean and set up nice. Local restaurants also deliver which was a bonus. WIll definitely return in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay at Meylin and Bernard’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, Meylin was incredibly friendly and responsive. When our car unexpectedly needed a jump, Bernard was at our door within minutes, happy to help — we were so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. The property itself is unbelievable. The cabin is perfectly situated with the raw jungle behind you and a charming farm filled with all kinds of animals in front. If you love nature and animals, this place is a dream. During our stay, we saw so many sloths (including one right outside the bedroom window!) that we felt no need to join any of the sloth tours in town — the wildlife literally came to us! Overall, this was the perfect romantic escape and an ideal base for exploring La Fortuna’s breathtaking sights and hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful experience surrounded by nature.

Everything was as described and location was easy to find. Host was quick to respond to questions when needed.

Quiet/private/safe place with great view

We were delighted with this accommodation, the view and the peace that surrounds the cabin are incredible, the jacuzzi overlooking the forest was very relaxing and Keilor's service was excellent! A place we definitely plan to return to.

A very natural and very nice place, ideal to disconnect

A beautiful area, full of peace and with a delicious climate. Everything is nice, clean and organized in the cabin. We slept well and the blankets were perfect for that nice mountain cold, Jefferson was super friendly and attentive. We are grateful.

Alberto was attentive and communicated at all times, even before our arrival. The cabin is extremely beautiful, with a beautiful and very private landscape. It's really true to the ad and the description. I went with my children and it was very comfortable for 4 people.

We stayed at this cottage for the weekend with my family and the experience was just spectacular. The place is too nice, surrounded by nature and with one of the best views of the Central Valley we have seen. The cabin is very well equipped, all spotless and thoughtful down to the last detail. It breathes tranquility and feels a real connection to the environment. It is located very close to the Barva Volcano, which makes it ideal for those who enjoy the mountain and the fresh air. Definitely a place we want to go back to. 100% recommended!

The cabin surprised us for the better, it far exceeded our expectations and I would stay here again without a doubt. The weather is beautiful, the fireplace is perfect for those cold nights and everything was actually very good.

What an incredible getaway at Las Cumbres! It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is absolutely stunning, and the cabin exceeded all our expectations! There’s so much to explore nearby, making it an adventure-filled retreat. Our stay was simply delightful, and the host delivered outstanding service that truly made our experience unforgettable. Absolutely Perfect – A True Jungle Oasis This place was everything I needed and more. Nestled in the heart of the jungle, it was the perfect retreat to rest, reset, and reconnect with nature. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed—like I was part of the family. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and their warmth and hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery, was pure magic. The space itself was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. I left feeling recharged and incredibly grateful for the experience. I will absolutely be back—and I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a true escape into nature with the warmth of home.

This is how every Airbnb should be. Location is surreal overlooking San Jose surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is brand new. Great beds, clean kitchen and lovely outside area. It’s a shame we only had 2 nights here. Would’ve loved to stay longer. Jose is a great host and was always very helpful! Definitely recommend this place.

The cabin is in an incredible place, surrounded by nature and with a lot of privacy. Ideal for a getaway from the city without having to handle a lot of distance. Approx 10-15 min from downtown Barva.

The place is super nice, it has a dream view, easy to get to with directions. We had problems with the water and Valentina did everything possible to fix it. Highly recommended for relaxing, spending time as a couple or family. We would definitely come back
