Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

Andi was an excellent host. Clear and objective communication, always available! In addition, the house is exactly as in the photos… Huge land, two super clean bathrooms, kitchen with utensils, the rooms were extremely fragrant, with clean bed and bath linens, and Andi even left some cookies for our check in! We love it and if we ever have the chance, we'll definitely come back 💖🙏🏽

The house is really well located, with great cocktail bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is really spacious and comfortable, and equipped for long term stays.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

Everything is excellent! The house is beautiful, very spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful patio, fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms, the bathrooms also beautiful. The street on which it is located is very quiet and full of trees and nature, even being a few blocks from shopping. Super friendly Verenna, she guided us in everything and gave us all the necessary directions. 100% recommended.

The Host is very kind and responsive. The house is very safe because it has a police station next to it. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house is big and pretty, it has all what you need. Pool is beautiful. Definitely will come back.

We loved Vivi's accommodation, everything was very clean... the duplex is super spacious, it had all the necessary things... we would definitely stay again... I recommend it!

It's just as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it's prepared for long stays. However, in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobbled street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. Great location, close to the airport and the Olympic Park. Quiet, safe place with lots of privacy and nature. Access by car is easy, but UBER takes a while to respond and public transportation is far away.

Home is located in the middle of what can be considered the new "emerging" center of Asuncion. I was surprised at the elegance of the neighborhood--it was beautifully quiet in the midst of an area exploding in development. The home itself was beautiful, and contains all you need to have a fantastic stay, including utmost privacy. I enjoyed a rum and Habano in the quaint back porch. The house is fantastically secure, and the hosts were careful to assure this was the case. Very sweet mangos in the back are an added treat. All in all, an A+ location.

I was looking for accommodation near the airport and this turned out to be excellent for price, quality of the home, located in a very quiet and safe residential complex. I already recommended it to family and friends and I would definitely return.

Large and cozy duplex, we needed a place near the airport and it was the best choice. Martin is attentive to everything.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.
