I spent some incredible days at Yolanda's place in Asunción. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need: shops, transportation and tourist places. The space is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for resting after touring the city. Yolanda is an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help with any queries. Your hospitality made me feel at home. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Asunción. I will be back without hesitation!

A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

A very cozy apartment, clean with a nice decor and a terrace overlooking the very quiet street. Highlighting comfort in all spaces , especially in the room we enjoyed and valued in our long stay. It has all the utensils and accessories to enjoy the place. Don't miss watching the sunset on the terrace, a wonder. Ana, a great host helped us with a mishap and we're just grateful . We definitely hope to return.

We had a great stay at Juan Pedro’s apartment. The space is bright and comfortable, with amazing views from the big corner windows and a balcony to enjoy. It’s well-equipped with everything you need—good internet, a cozy and comfortable bed, a desk for working, a big comfy couch, and a big TV. The location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby, a convenience store just down the street, and easy walking access to Paseo Galleria and Shopping del Sol. The kitchen has all the essentials, and security at the building was very friendly and helpful. Juan Pedro was a great host—always responsive and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Oh, and if you like plants, you’re in for a treat. The apartment has plenty of them. Thankfully, security can take care of the watering, so you won’t have to worry about accidentally inheriting a small jungle during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

Very good place in a very good area of Asunción. The apartment is very nice and the truth is that communication with Martin Alfredo has been excellent, he has been quick to respond and has made everything easier. 100% recommended apartment.

Great new building. New clean apartment. Cozy size single room. It is outside of main city but a short taxi ride away. Walking distance to Farmacia’s and smaller food stores. Great empeñada place around the corner. Neighborhood is in development, actual building brand new and clean and organized.

Great apartment in the heart of Asunción. I have stayed in this AirBNB multiple times, and have stayed at the hosts properties for the last 2+ years they are all great and have all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay.

The communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and willing to help in whatever was needed. The accommodation was clean, tidy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay in Asunción. The location is very convenient, close to Shopping del Sol, several restaurants and supermarkets open 24 hours. Getting downtown by Uber cost around $4 and there is also collective locomotion available. I highly recommend it and definitely if I come back to Asuncion I would stay here again.

Very classy apartment. 15min walk from Del Sol and Paseo (shopping centers) and 10min from a 24-hour Supermarket. The apartment is modern and totally matches the photos. Very good location .

Very nice, better than in the photos, a little dirty, maybe due to lack of time, since I checked in 1 hour before the scheduled time, but apart from that everything was perfect, I recommend it 100%, the receptionists' service was outstanding, very friendly and always attentive to everything!

Alberto is a very friendly and helpful person. The apartment was perfect and with an excellent environment.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

The place and the apartment are highly recommended since it has what is published, it is a safe, quiet place, close to shopping My stay was very nice, so I don't hesitate to come back... although everyone requires different things, Ruben is super attentive and that's important to meet some needs that arise from his guests. Everything is impeccable! The place is super cozy, you feel at home. Analia is a wonderful and charming person, always attentive. The reception staff are always friendly and pleasant. I recommend Analia's apartment 200% and when I return to Paraguay I will definitely stay there again. Besides, everything is close. 😊💫
